I'm not sure if I am just lucky, but whenever I come into this store I have an amazing experience. The store associates will ask how my day is going as I walk through the store looking at new items. The cashiers again ask how my day is going, ask how my shopping was, and relay current news about the town and other local stores that helps me keep up to date. I am a happy home depot shopper.

The young man that helped me with my purchase was very knowledgeable about Roundup. He showed me all my options with Roundup. Then he told me something about Roundup’s patent expiring and that Home Depot now makes a similar product that is stronger and much less expensive. I’ve used Roundup for years, it works great but it always was a bit pricey. So now I have extra money and can afford a pair of garden pruners, which he also helped me find. The young man’s name is Stephen and he works at the Home Depot in Chico CA. He said he has worked there for 3 years. He listens well and is easy to understand. I’m almost 60 and that is one of the best encounters I’ve ever had in any store of any kind. He seems like a very nice young man and I’m pretty sure Roundup is not his only area of expertise. Home Depot, for me, has always been a really good store, with everything hardware I’ll ever need and with very good prices. Stephen is a shining example of the good people that work at Home Depot.

The product I purchased was missing a tag and the cashier immediately got help from the appropriate department to get it corrected.

I went into the store for several small miscellaneous items, as well as to return some hardware I purchased some time ago. The return went smoothly with a very friendly associate. Next, I had a very pleasant experience in the garden department with the assistance of Associate Roldan Guzman. The item I wanted was not readily visible. He opened a box on the shelf where it was located, soemthing I would not have known. As I continued my visit, I noticed the music on the PA system was playing some classic rock. Two other employees that assisted me were humming the classic tunes...a fun-filled workplace. The cashier told me the store had just changed to the new music and it was being well received. I agree completely. Thanks Home Depot!!

The store was very clean. The associate that I asked for help wasn't able to help me because Home Depot didn't carry what I was looking for, however he suggested where I might find it. I did make a purchase for something else I was looking for and was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you

I was looking for some parts (light kit items) to repair an older Hampton Bay ceiling fan. The parts are not available, but the associate in the lighting department was very helpful in looking for a solution.

This is a great Home Depot store with friendly helpful staff. The store is clean and fairly well organized. I like the fact that I can order something Online and then if it doesn't work out for me, I can return it to the store with little to no problems.
