I am looking forward to the delivery of my retaining wall blocks tomorrow. There were quite a few choices at the store and I picked the ones that best matched the bricks that I already had. It should make a nice patio.

I went in needing something to make my home feel more secure. Art was very helpful in picking out my outside ring camera. Thanks Art, for your patience and pointing out the differences in products.

Had a power tool I was unable to find elsewhere.

Unable to assist with a simple request. Took a call instead of working with me to figure it out.

I love, love, love shopping at Home Depot! The staff is always willing to help answer questions about products, how to do's, etc. And returns, if needed are easy.

Want to buy a door but measurements an d install is a few weeks out. Was told one thing and now its something else!

I think it would be a wise idea to place a isle finder in the front of the store. This would help many people find what they are looking for.

I bought a Gordon cellar door and knew it weighed nearly 300lbs. Jason helped load it onto a cart and stayed with me through check out and helped load it into my truck. The girl at the contractor door register was very polite also.

He , Brian went out of his way for me what I needed was not even his dept and he still helped and saw me through to the end . Great service !!!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is some lack of interest on behalf of the staff on duty and incorrect pricing on the shelf, this store is well stocked and the staff us generally very helpful.

Andrea, the HD associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with the wndow selection. I ordered the window from HD to be delivered in 14 to 21 days. Thank you, Andrea, TJ

This store has really friendly employees. I dealt with three different people during my visit. All three were helpful and nice.

I shopped at the Cicero Home Depot twice this week and on both occasions was treated professionally and courteous by all associates that helped me find what I needed for my projects.

Josh the cashier at the Cicero ny location should not be working with the public, His hate towards military veteran's getting a discount was vocal at checkout and disrespectful

Get rid of the NO Service Lanes! HIre Cashiers!

I can find things pretty easily, thankfully. Plus the employees have always been helpful. I've been shopping there since they opened at that location. Only have had returns a couple times, but they have made returns easy and stress-free.

Did not have a premixed sand ceiling paint

Had a return and it took about 2 minutes. Yeah!! Made a new purchase and it was fast, salesman was swift and checkout was good. Great store to shop at!!

Ordered a new griddle grill at the service desk, told them I did NOT want the floor model. I was told I’d get a new griddle grill either new in a box or new put together. They delivered the dirty dusty floor model and it was missing a key part. Very disappointing for a $600 purchase.

Twice this spring I have had short tempered check out employees. Any employee I interacted with in the store was pleasant and helpful.

The elderly man at home depot was very qelc9ming always had a smile . He was very helpful and answered all of our questions we had. He helped my husband load our purchase. More young men should take an example of this guys enthusiasm and work ethic. You dont find many workers like him. I wish I knew his name!

Went to purchase an online drill kit,which showed on hand. Submitted the purchase and the next day I received a notice via email that the product was out of stock. I waited 3 days but in the mean time purchased the same product from an nother site,but went back to H.D and the online drill kit stilled showed available. Very disappointed that the online site is not maintained after 4days.

I had to have some blinds cut to a custom size - staff was great & then helped me with some other blind measurements/fit. Found other things I did not know I needed - thanks for having the store so organized & sales people so helpful. You are my go to store for everything home improvement related!

This makes pulling dandelions and other lawn weeds a breeze. I simply step down on the foot platform , pull tool toward myself, and the weed is out with the root effortlessly. Then I can eject the weed, no pulling it off. No bending! Love it!

Andrea helped my husband and I customize a new storm door and she made the entire process so simple! She took the time to go through the options, show us price points depending on the model, and went as far as to set the delivery up and answer all of the questions we had. Andrea seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding multiple departments and the store is so fortunate to have such an amazing employee! I even called back to confirm a product question I forgot to ask in person, and Andrea was quick to answer and settle my concerns. Andrea deserves recognition for her stellar customer service and I truly hope that this reaches her store manager so they can appropriately recognize her!
