1 store with all your home needs

Although the clean out plate size I needed was not carried in stock, the employee working in the plumbing section was very helpful. The self checkout was easy and the employees there were present and kind.

Outstanding service, and friendly and courteous employees

Had to order windows for a new home build. Esmeralda was the associate that helped us. She was efficient and so nice. I wish we could have her every time we shop here.

I appreciate the time and research plumbing department took to help me replace my hot water tank.

I have remodeled my entire house and have no regrets of doing my business and driving 45 min each way, also cashier Susan m was amazing human she deserves a raise just kidding but really good person great sense a humor

Customer service rep Cristian & store manager Kathy are awesome. just really need to let people know that. great help in getting my order straightened out. a little hiccup & all is well. my product i'm very well pleased with material. The skagg island oak waterproof click lock floor panels are great . and have no issues with the tools purchased to do the floors myself. I don't live locally ( Cicero,NY ) where my home depot is located, but it's definitely worth the trip.

I frequently shop this specific store as it is well stocked, organized, but most importantly all employees are courteous and very helpful

I been to all HD in the area ..and on my opinion Cicero Homedepot is the best organized store on the area ..

The man working the paint dept was extremely helpful, recommending products which saved me time and money. Check out person, Lisa, couldn't have been more affable, and comprtent.

Home Depot in Cicero, NY has everything except Local Food Trucks in their parking lot. Years ago (decades?) a local man - Bob Barker (real name) sold his tasty hot dogs in the parking lot. Those were the days!

I had to replace a Spicket in my backyard, which was running through my deck with some PVC pipe talked to Bill in plumbing who turns out is a master plumber and he explained how to repair it so that a moron like me could understand it. I went home and did exactly what I was told and it worked perfectly! Cannot say enough about Bill! He is absolutely fantastic! He saved my butt today!

I was looking for a specific ceiling fan that no other location had in stock .... and when I called, they hadn't any either. BUT I received a call back from GEORGE who found 2 ... and I took both! He had them ready for pick up at the PRO checkout! Checkout was w/Susan who was equally great! From start to finish ... I couldn't have asked for any better customer service!

I woke up to an uh-oh, a broken sump and 13k gallons of water in my basement. After having a coffee and cigarette breakfast and pretending the whole flooded basement thing was a figment of my imagination, this happy camper meandered down to Home Depot expecting to get more irritated waking for miles trying to find the objects I needed to fix the uh-oh. But when I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by an awesome gentlemen named Fred that was so kind and helpful. He gave me safety tips and recommendations to get rid of my indoor swimming pool. The cashier Lisa was very kind too and I felt valued as a customer. Now there's no more uh-oh and an awful morning turned into a great day thanks to the Cicero Home Depot and their employees.

Found a last year model BBQ grill on clearance was able to use my military discount on top of it

I went to purchase 1.5 inch foam board insulation, showed online 45 in stock. They only had 13. I purchased all but 1 due to damage, so 12 boards. Cashier charged me for 13. At almost 40.00 per sheet, it's an expensive mistake. Did not realize till I got home and I really can't prove that she overcharged me.

Experience was just great today lumber was of good quality with plenty of selection

I bought wood to make steps for access to a trampoline. Associate Logan was a lot of help in finding the wood I needed and cutting the wood. He is a great asset to the department he works in.

I have never had a customer service rep be so enthusiastic to help and approach me before having to ask them. Lucas did a great job and took me throughout the store to find the exact items I needed quickly saving me a ton of time and helping me make selections when there were multiple choices. Not your typical "you can find it in aisle 16" answer. He even looked on-line for this little pocket door latch I needed when it was not in stock in the store. Definitely went above and beyond the average person working in home improvement stores. If Home Depot is beefing up customer service on the floor I will definitely shop there more often.

Asked for assistance with mulch and the girl seemed puzzled but called for someone. He came out shortly after and was half way to us and seemed to get another call and he turned around and went back in. We waited 15 mins and no one came to assist. We had asked for assistance for a reason due to my husband having back issues but had to load them ourselves and left. The time before that we had curb side pick up. After waiting 20mins we called. They some how "lost" 8-80lb sandbags that were set aside and the substitute they were going to give me instead was not suitable for my needs. They transfered me to a manager where all of a sudden they were found and they would be right out which took another 15-20mins.
