Mario was a freakin stud! We brought us a ladder that had been outside and was wet. But he made sure it was dried off for my wife. Kind acts like that is why we shop at clackamas home depot. Fast checkout too!

This tile will be perfect in our new bathroom.

The Home Depot store in Happy Valley Valley has always been wonderful to shop out when I happen to be in the area. The employees are always pleasant and VERY helpful.

I bought a TV stand online. Very solid and heavy. Had cracks:was damaged so I returned. They sent me a replacement- had the very same problem!! Returned again after waiting and waiting. What a horrible experience. Maybe inspect your items before you sell them to us? Will never do it again. I was just exhausted both physically and emotionally

Not quality products.

Usually like Home Depot for big items--because of price, but frustrating to go there for small items as hard to find, and hard to find someone to help you (SF Bay area stores.) Needed to buy lots of small stuff and was pleasantly surprised--lots of helpful clerks in the aisles, and cashier was quick & cheerful.

I can't say enough about the employees at this store. Especially Suzanne and Carson. Its so hard to find good help these days, but these 2 are exemplary. Thanks again Suzanne and Carson for turning our frustrating day around.

The people who work in the lumber yard are really friendly and will help you out with what you need to complete. Isaac especially was very helpful

I am always greeted, asked if they can help. If I do have a question I get recommendations and exactly what I can get and where it is exactly!! And such a clean store! Friendly environment!

Alex helped us order our retaining wall blocks and arranged delivery. She made sure everything was correct and that we were happy.

One thing that struck me about this Home Depot was that it seemed better organized, brighter and cleaner than other Home Depot stores that I have visited in the past. I was also able to quickly find staff to help me navigate the store.

Some days you just get it right! Today Steven from the Garden Center really went beyond in delivering amazing customer service by locating an item that wasn't on the selling floor but in the back. It was a great experience and Steven was VERY helpful.

Looking for a small part to fix our water fountain piping issue, late in the evening, we found Mr. Bear!! he was extremely patient listen to our need and that the part we need is very specific and challenging, has to be creative and find one that exact fit and fix our odd piping to our water fountain... Mr. Bear recommended one reducer that works perfectly. Thanks

I've always found and got what I needed in your store

I have had issues with other stores honoring on-line pricing at in-store registers. I had Home Depot Employees on more than one occasion go above and beyond... but Today had been a FUBAR Morning... had had problems with a competitor store... but when I got to Home Depot I had 2 employees go above and beyond to get the problem fixed... and get me set so I could FINALLY get home and get to work.

Marcus knew exactly what I needed, and took me right to it.

The staff has helped me to choose the right equipment and product and how to use it since I have been doing the improvements on my house by my self.

The people are great here,..always willing to help out even with a smile. A Pro-Loader stopped what he was doing in putting a cart away and asked me if I needed help loading up the door I had just purchased. I said, Of Course!, then on our way out he even stopped to answer a question form another customer coming into the store. What a great guy, wish I could remember his name, if it helps he is a small Asian looking guy that wears glasses and is always busy whenever I see him.

All in all great experience in this Home Depot Store, and one employee provided 5 stars service, Charlie from Tool Rental

Needed to replace our defective refrigerator, and Ruth in appliance department was VERY knowledgable, helpful, and provided great follow-through to get new refer delivered to us quickly. Very happy with her outstanding customer service!

Coach Ken was super helpful with my purchase of a new Traeger. Great Price and great service. Ken even helped me get the assembled trailer in the back of my truck safely.
