My wife and I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot Store, clean, organized, helpful friendly staff. Great place to shop for all you DYI & gardening needs.

I really like shopping/browsing the local Home Depot. It is my "go to" store, for small home projects or for those larger projects that need professional installation. The store employees are always kind, welcoming, and eager to assist.

Employees as far as the eye can see but good luck finding one that will be able to assist you. Employee charged us twice for one cut board. When we called to have the issue resolved we were informed that the only way was to drive 45 minutes back to the store despite the whole transaction being digital. All and all, not worth saving a few dollars. You are better off supporting your local hardware store and lumber yards.

The Claremont, NH store was very clean and neat. Products were where they should have been, stocking was a little low for a Sunday. Staff in Flooring, Jason and Kathy were very friendly and helpful! Brenda, the cashier on register 1 was very friendly as well and got me talking about my project. Just really great experience!

Everyone I stopped to ask questions was so kind. I had several people leave the tasks they were doing to take me to the product I was searching for and stayed while I asked questions about the product. I had never seen a staff so consistently helpful before. I think it shows a good training program at this store. I had called the store with problems and even on the phone, the employees seem to want to be helpful.

ALWAYS impressed & happy with the customer service at this store. In all the years of shopping here, I’ve only had one bad experience. That was a fellow in the garden/houseplant department a few years ago. I’m sure he didn’t last very long. I was In the store very recently and a young woman with a “cape” on her back indicating she handled store trash, noticed that I was looking perplexed ... maybe not finding a product. And, she was right...she offered help, knew where the product was and offered to walk me to where it was. Impressive. It’s EVERYBODY who works there. Please give them all a raise, tell them I said.

Mike Lee was awesome when he was helping people in front of us and then was awesome with us as well with explaining everything.

Found most of everything needed will have to order the other stuff. Basic good store

John and Cheryl have been helpful so far with my trips there. I look forward to meeting others and continue shopping this location.

Amazing Cait was amazing! She did her job in getting me to attempt a sign up with The Home Depot card. I tried, was denied, and lost 3 points due to a hard inquiry on my credit report. I think all customers should be informed that this process causes credit scores to drop, albeit a couple of points, but still. I won't be applying again for the card and will be warning my friends and family of my folly. Hopefully, they aren't duped like I was. Cait was amazing, though.

Jeremy, the store manager went above and beyond my expectations! The local Moose Lodge hosts and delivers 50-70 meals for Thanksgiving... I went in to buy 3 Turkey Cookers to make the job a little easier, I spoke with Jeremy and told him what they were for and if he'd offer a discount? He was generous and gave 50% off (I was expecting maybe 10%). Thank you to Jeremy and his associates!

If you have signage up that states masks must be worn, then enforce it. There were people walking around the store with no masks and no store personnel did or said anything about it. Guess profits are more important than health and safety of your customers.

Customer service is always great at this store. Knowledgeable courteous employees. Check out is quick and easy. Cashier Sharon is very pleasant.

Its the in stock inventory plus a BIG positive thing Is the store help, cashiers etc. All TRY to help each time.. not like other stores that say.. ".. if you don't see it we probably don't have any". Claremont store staff is fantastic!

As a nurse, I do not know anything about plumbing, electrical etc. Clairmont store has a fabulous manager who is so easy to talk to and he corrects any issues you may have. His attitude is passed onto his employees. Clint from plumbing department is so knowledgeable and sociable. Clint gave us a personal shopping experience. I hate to do this to you Clint because you may become more busier than ever, but you and Mr Gregory deserve a shout out.
