Good prices. Horrible support with deliveries. In the last 2 weeks, spent over $3500, and was expecting to spend much more on this current home, new flooring and lighting but will wait to see if they can get the items delivered this time as promised. Very upset with Management and lack of support. Been to the store when it opens and asked to speak with the Manager, she was not even there. First large purchase I made, they gave me a Veteran discount. Second large purchase, they told me no. WHY, what changed in a week? I'm still a Vet and I'm still disabled. Like I said, good prices. I have shopped there for a long time. Just heads up if you order items and they have to use a 3rd party for delivery, problems can happen and HD can not seem to do anything about it. I hope this is just a isolated problem that gets corrected.

The guy who greeted me in customer service was nice & called the garden center when he realized he needed a more experienced associate to help me. Bonnie, from the garden center helped me tremendously! Bonnie basically held my hand and helped me through the entire process! She educated me on what I had done incorrectly (pot too big and over watering). She helped me pick proper pots, soil, and supplies. She even pushed my cart while I was crying &shared a chuckle as I apologize for crying. I arrived in tears and left with a SMILE thanks to BONNIE! Even the store manager on duty and cashier were very helpful.

Store convinced me to have one of their contractors install a garage door opener for $97. While I have done this DIY in the past I thought it was a good value, so I purchased installation services. The contractor warned me that there might be additional costs when he got made the appointment. I told him that my installation should be pretty standard as it is replacing an existing Genie opener. Upon getting to my home he said I had to pay an additional $64 for additional bracing required by Home Depot. I did not see the need as it was replacing one in kind, so I told him I was cancelling the order and he should leave, as I would not be pressured into additional costs for no apparent reason. What I found out was that this $97 installation cost was too good to be true. I installed it myself and everything is fine now.

Horrible customer service at returns. Went to return some items and cashier, Johnathan. He said that none of the items were purchased with the only 3 credit cards my husband and I have. Fine, just give me store credit. He did but didn’t included one item. Said it wasn’t a Home Depot item. Scanned it again and miraculous it was now a Home Depot item. Had to get a second store credit since he couldn’t swipe my credit card. Whatever. Then I went to meet my husband in the store and looked at one of the receipts and saw that I had been only refunded 1 cent per item for 4 items I had returned. Went back to the returns desk and talked with Johnathan again. He said that whatever it rings up is what I get because I didn’t have my receipt (but he couldn’t find my credit card...). He said that it was the store policy. Really? I demanded that he give me the items back and I would go home and get the receipt if that was the case. The items had already been taken from the returns desk so he said he couldn’t give them back. He dumped me on another employee to walk to the far end the store to look for the items (Jordy, I think. He was very helpful). I cannot believe that this location has such poorly trained, discourteous and unhelpful staff working the returns desk.

Went to the register, paid for a 20 lb. bottle of propane, and was told to wait outside by the propane tank rack. As I was leaving, I heard someone yell, "Propane", which I assumed was to alert the responsible employee a customer needed assistance at the propane rack. Waited outside and following numerous attempts alerting the young lady who initially assisted me, waiting over 10 minutes outside, I got disgusted, walked back in, and asked for a refund. Drove to my local grocery store and bought the exact same product for $4.15 LESS and was in and out of the store within a few minutes. AND I was assisted by a caring young man who was polite and even offered to carry the propane bottle to my vehicle. Night and day difference. Employees at this Home Depot must be related to the late Harry Houdini--an expert in the act of disappearing

    I am a business owner and went in to purchase supplies for my store and was treated like a child. They didn't believe i could own a store ( I am 30 years old) and thought i was giving them a fraudulent check. The women in customer service who helped Perla was rude and ignored me from the beginning even at one point helping the customer behind me instead of helping me. It took 45 mins to be able to check out. I will never bring my business to them again.

    The store seemed clean. We have yet to go to this store and find what we need on the shelf. Very poorly stocked store. It was easy to find where the products would be if they had them. We have needed assistance twice with toilets. We brought home 2 broken toilets from the store before we got a good one. We had to purchase a different toilet than we really wanted because the only two in stock were the two broken ones they had already sent with us. The employee did open the boxes and checked to make sure they weren't broken but when we got to the jobsite they were broken. The associates were friendly and tried to be helpful. The management was the problem. Didn't answer calls, didn't return calls, when I was able to get through to a manager, he asked for my number, said he would check and call me back in a few minutes. I waited 3 days and was unable to get him to call me back and/or answer my calls. I finally had to go to the store to speak with him. He had done nothing. We returned the $500.00 of items we purchased right then and there. The manager just stood there and had not 1 word to say. He never tried to be helpful in any way or provide any customer service at any time for anything. We have never experienced treatment like this at any other Home Depot store over the years.
