Joey and Juwan were very helpful in cutting the MDF cut well so I could complete my project.

The paint counter woman was very unapproachable and unfriendly. Would not buy from here if needed paint. Would definitely go to another store. I’m hoping she was just having a bad day.

I was happily and thoroughly helped with my bathroom projects and got great customer service from Elizabeth, the lady who helped me and she seemed genuinely caring about what I needed and made sure I had the correct measurements and products in stock and the ones that weren't in the store, she made sure they could be ordered and delivered to me.

Always have what I’m looking for

Every time I come in the Home Depot I have a very good experience. I am confident that Home Depot has everything I need for my projects.

Worst customer service I have ever had…never have I been yelled at in a store… and it was just me, it was EVERYONE in the self check out! She had so much disrespect for all of us and looked down on us as we were trash. I didn’t even bag my supplies as I just wanted to get out. Everyone in line was looking around in shock.

The plus size women in the Cleveland heights store are just flat out mean. Must be something going on at home.

Avoid this store if you can.

This is hands down the best Home Depot ! The managers Enorel, Terrance and Troi are truly amazing . It’s s my one stop shop.

The entire team at this location is great. They greet their customers with genuine smiles, and I enjoy shopping here. I gave 4 stars because they are also understaffed and that slows down the service overall.

As a person of a certaun age, I enjoy coming to a familiar environment wher the workers treat me with patience & respect and never assume that I don't jnow what I need or don't know what I am doing & yet are very helpful when I need it.

This particular store has been my "go to" outlet, in the Home Depot chain for years. I've patronized nearly every department; and have always received prompt, courteous, and attentive service. The store is generally very well-stocked. On the few occasions when I couldn't find a particular item, that I know they routinely stock, team members have checked other stores for the item. On one particular occasion, a few years ago, I was looking for a certain size and brand of refrigerator. They were out of stock, but checked around and located the item in the Willoughby store, and let them know that I was en route. When I arrived, the unit was already on a dolly, at Customer Service. I'm a fan for life!

So grateful for the new smooth parking lot!! It says Home Depot is invested in the Severance location in Cleveland Heights. Shows appreciation to its customers. Even above and beyond the owner of Severance Shopping center which he has neglected for years

I moved from Cleveland heights because the landlord lost the house but I still go to the home depot there because they are wonderful.....

Every time I shop at this store, the employees are always friendly and willing to help me find whatever I am shopping for.

Professional and friendly employees. Shelves well stocked. Good location.

I go in this one particular location quite often and every time I go into the plumbing section there is a gentleman there that is very knowledgeable and is willing and eager to assist you with your questions and meet your needs. I have witnessed certain customers approach him very rudely, he was aware of that, but still all the same helped out those customers as best he could without reciprocating their attitudes. He then turned to me and was willing to go right back to being g nice and helpful. He looks like he not only takes pride in his job but his knowledge and way of helping too.

We had a kitchen plumbing emergency and needed a new disposal. I had a specific model in mind. H/D had multiple choices, including the one I wanted. The disposals were easy to find, and they were offered at a reasonable price and good value. Cashier Marsha was helpful and friendly.
