I wouldn't rent from this store, I rented camera for sewer line and it didn't work, when I returned it they acted like they didn't believe me and charged for full rental fee

GOOD PLACE TO BUY SATISFACTORY AND GENUINE PRODUCT

During my visit to your Clifton, NJ location I was looking for a water pump. I was directed to go to your tool rental area. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Manny ( MAP) who was GREAT to work with!! He took the time out of his role to guide me over to the water pumps and showed me the available options to choose from. We then went to one of your terminals to look online to make sure it was the type of pump that I needed and that it matched my needs. Manny was extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He contined to assist me after he signed out of his shift for the day. That is the level of service that typically goes unnoticed especially when people cannot wait to get off work and on with their respective lives. As a former Call Center Manager with Verizon Communications, I know first hand of the impact that first line level customer service has on the success or failure of an organization especially in this day and age of social media.The old adage goes, " give poor service and that person will tell 100 people but give great service and that person may tell 10 people. I want the customers to know that Manny ( MAP) and MIke K provided GREAT Service!!

I am a theatrical carpenter and prop maker, and am in this store on average 3 or 4 times a day, sometimes for multiple days in a week. On numerous occasions I have had floor personnel offer discounts on end of inventory items, provide alternative insights into projects on which I was working, and generally be supportive of my quirky needs. In a couple of the other stores, I have had comments like, "You want to do WHAT?"

Great place to shop from construction,garden, housing needs or anything. Very friendly staff and will guide you into right direction for whatever you are looking for.

Awesome customer service by Gino and Darian from the Garden department and by Chris from the Paint department. These gentlemen went above and beyond to help us with our lawn mower issue. First, our lawn mower was missing the anchor bag and Gino advised us to go home and bring it back toget a new one after speaking to Tony. We returned it and were waiting on Gino to help us. We did not want to take home the lawn mower without the part again. We asked Chris from the Paint department to call Gino for us and he did. We were waiting and then I asked Gino that maybe he could help us. He got off the ladder and stopped what he was doing to help us. He opened the box and it turned out the piece wasn't there either. He called someone from the Garden department and Darian came to assist us. Chris stayed helping out the whole time. Darian opened another box to check thinking the piece should be there. Then the manager told him that that piece didn't come with the lawn mower which was a little misleading because the display had it. Is the piece that helps the leaves stay in the bag; the anchor bag. Chris and Darian were both very concerned and tried above and beyond to help us everyway that they could of. Then they even gave us $10 off since the new lawn mower we chose was more expensive. We didn't care about paying more but having that piece to avoid headaches but their helpfulness and kindness impressed us. Thank you so so much guys. I hope your great job is recognized by your supervisors. A+++

If you know what you need for your project, the Clifton store will have it. But even better then that is if you're not sure what you need for your project, there are skilled people on the floor that will help you determine what's needed and where to find it in the store. And so far, I've not come across a casher who wasn't friendly and helpful.

We just purchased $3,000 of appliances from your appliance specialist Alda. She is a wonderful person, very competent, helpful and pleasant. Truly a credit to Home Depot

This store is always welcoming , friendly, well stocked and clean. The folks who work there will help you find what you want. If you return something they are pleasant about it. If there is a line to check out it moves along. And there is a cheap gas station across the street for the ride home.
