Bought a vanity base and countertop online. I recommend getting stuff that is in stock at the Coldwater store but do not have items shipped to your house or even to the store because they lose, break, send wrong items. The discounts were nice but shouldn’t take 6 months to get a vanity and countertop after them having to re order the item 5 more times because they “can’t find it” or break it or deliver someone else’s stuff. They now seem to have more stuff in stock in Coldwater than they did back in june(6 months ago)

the 2 clerks who helped me were so kind.they got my order placed and put on my new credit card and made sure the discount went through.it did take a while but it was done to satisfaction.they were most effient.

Floor assistant was a young man with excellent knowledge of products and locations. Very courteous to shoppers and other employees.

Had to wait3 time to get a lawnmower loaded

The clerk was sitting on a stock cart when we entered the garden supply area. We engaged her in conversation. There was no one available in the landscaping supply area to ask questions of. Normally inside this store longtime employees are always very helpful with assistance, which makes the deviation from the norm even more noticeable.

Purchased water filters for my refrigerator

Was able to find what I needed ahead on line and locate the isle and section so I was able to get in and out as quickly as possible.

Whenever I need anything Friendly Home Depot is there. Would like to have more cashiers instead of always having to use self-checkout.

This store has very friendly employees that help the customer. The ONE HUGE problem is the NON-EXISTANCE of internet inside the store to help local items or to aid in checking out. ALL OVER the store, there was NO internet......

Good place to go when needing Awesome employees to help you find hidden items on website that had no row numbers. Lol

We moved to the area recently and have been here quite a few times. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful to find what we need every time. We are going to be regular shoppers here for any appliances, flooring, and everything in between for our new home and business. Thank you!!!

Andrew Workman in the "Door" department went above and beyond in assisting me in purchasing a special-order door. He was kind, polite and took his time in reviewing the order with me. As I live 2 hours away (I use the Coldwater location for our summer home needs), Andrew was able to secure my signature via email once I reviewed and agreed to the purchase. Best project buying experience I have had this year. Helpful, knowledgable, friendly staff thru out the store. Menard is now a last resort and disappointment. Home Depot in Coldwater, Mi and Jackson, Mi are the better choices.

I can't remember a time when I couldn't find what i went in for.. Always helpful staff, and the store's layout makes it easy to find what you need.

Recent Home Depot transfer employee Andrew helped me through the process of buying a replacement gas dryer. He was thorough and did a great job guiding me through the process!
