Bad shopping experience! I was buying 4 bolts(AFD, $0.22 per each, No barcodes on it) There was empty Self checkout, but I couldn't find where to input the code for my bolts in the screen. When I pushed "Request help", the guy told me to line up to the cashier's checkout. The Cashier(Fatu) entered wrong codde for my bolts and asked me to pay $0.46 per each. I told her it's not correct price. She told me to bring a picture of the price tag with my phone. I couldn't visit to another store, so I took a picture to her. After I waited for other customers, I didn't hear any thanks for that picture. I met nice employees at this store before, but not today. It's a horrible experience. I hope nobody is treated like me in this store anymore with this review.

This Home Depot store has dedicated workers who care about helping their customers find what they need. Some of the workers are extremely helpful, personable and will go the nine yards to look for and obtain the Item or items that you need. I feel that the service workers are very committed to their jobs. The store was clean and organized. Cashiers are friendly and also helpful.

Good service and good stock of paints, some other stores are out of stock sometimes but when I cone here i find what Im looking for.

Mr. Richards was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us locate an item that was not on the shelves.

Absolutely the best home improvement store I have shopped at. Employee move fast, are laser focused and know their stuff. I'm often surprised how long it takes to buy anything at most home improvement stores. Not here! I can get in and out in minutes, even when I have something like a plywood cut requirements. Great Staff!

Visited College Park store with my Children to get a Christmas three and decorations on a Wednesday evening. The shift Supervisor/Manager was very aggressive towards my children. Without asking, the manager decided to cancel the transaction I was completing in the self- check out area, pushing my children and merchandise to the side and ordering us to move another cashier line. The manager wanted to fix an issue for another customer. This "Manager" believed that the best way to solve a problem was by pushing my children and merchandise to the side giving orders to customers and employees. Obviously for a character of this level, apologies don't exist, reasons, arguments or explanations not required for customers.

Stay away if you have a choice. Employees are more interested in watching videos on their phones than providing customer service. I never am greeted at that store unlike the Columbia, MD store. No one ever thanks me for shopping, once again unlike the Columbia, MD store or their competitors.

My shopping experience was a very pleasant one. I was escorted to the location of my enquiry. At check-out the solicitous associate was very helpful.

The store employees were fine. Their delivery/installation service is ABOMINABLE!!!!!

Tracey the cashier made sure I had what I needed before I left the store. The storage bin I wanted was missing the lid, she made sure I paid the appropriate price and I left the store satisfied.
