I find this store location a pleasure to shop at. Friendly associates that are always there to help you, clean uncluttered isles, prices clearly printed and store very well lit. All merchandise is laid out nicely so customers can find easily what they are looking for. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I normally enjoy my trips to HD and usually pick up things that I realize I needed when I get there. I was helped by the cashier who refunded my purchase, but it went downhill from there. I wanted to exchange four gallons of ethanol free 50 to 1 fuel that I bought by mistake for four gallons of regular ethanol free fuel. Part of the 73.93 was refunded 49.00 to a HD (gift?) card. Next we couldn't find four gallons of ethanol free fuel, even though the HD app said (and still shows) there was 37 gallons there. I tried to pick up some trash bags so it wasn't a completely wasted trip and when I went to the self checkout I couldn't use the card. I was extremely disappointed an frustrated.

Most recent trip was to purchase pressure treated lumber. Some popular sizes were not available. Will need to make return visit.

The cashier Sade was very professional and bubbly at the same time! I will definitely be visiting again, there was a very long line and watched Superwoman get the line down and still be able to assist me and my business partners! This store is the best store if you want to get in and out!

The store has it all included a gardening section. They have plants to build a forest. Great variety of products overall.

Needed assistance at paint dept. Were very very helpful. Needed someone knowledgeable in garden center but no one to there to help!

The store is very large and had everything we were looking for. The sales man who took our order was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great trip to the store today. Got everything I needed and it was because of the Spanish, male employee working in the carpet and rug aisle. He helped get a doormat for me that was still being stored all the way up top. It wasn’t in the aisle. He located it and used a lifter to go get it. It was very much appreciated and it was nice that he went above and beyond.

The managers and staff at this location are very kind and knowledgeable about all departments. They will go over and beyond to help you.

I usually don’t write reviews but my kids wouldn’t stop talking about cashier Sade! She helped us out beyond measures! Being that it wasn’t her department I was extremely grateful for her assistance, this isn’t my first time seeing her as well. Thank you sade!

No question is too tough or helping find the product you need

This homedepot is very close to my home. In summer, I often visit here to see if there are any good plants that can be planted in the backyard. And the traffic is less than other homes, it is very useful to queue up and the service attitude is also very good. I really like to come here to buy.

no one seems to know anything at the store. you ask 10 people and get 10 different answers. that is if they answer you. no one picks up the phone so you have to go there. the store is a mess. the aftermath of a hurricane is tidier. i cancelled my appliance order because they told me they only do curbside delivery. so me and my 80 year old mother have to bring to the elevator and into the apartment. I ended up buying directly from Samsung cuz they bring it to the apartment and install it. later I found via chat with HD online that they do deliver to the apartment. too late. they lost my business.

Had a $5 off $50 coupon for signing up for home depot emails. Coupon had a scan bar code and a 26 digit written out code. When I showed the coupon to cashier checkout, she wouldn't let me use it, claimed I had to print the coupon out even though it said SCAN coupon. Nowhere on the coupon did it say to print out. I asked if she could use her scan gun and TRY. I asked if she could try & type in 26 digit code. She said no, you have to print out coupon. Rude and completely unwilling to help. I made a purchase of $300 and they wouldn't even try to let me use a measly $5 coupon. How ridiculous. Otherwise, the lady at refrigerator appliances was super helpful. Probably the only positive that came from this experience. Store was overall clean and well stocked.

This particular location has some of the worst customer service. A cashier spent the entire transaction FaceTiming and using his phone. He also acted like it was a huge inconvenience that the molding I was buying did not have a barcode on it. As if this was my fault? The poor attitude of employees was again demonstrated by another employee when I had to go back inside to find out who could help me exchange propane tank. When she eventually came outside she pointed to a man collecting carts and stated he’s right there... am I supposed to know the guy collecting carts also handles propane. To then top it off I don’t think he said two words to me while exchanging the cylinders.

I recommend cashier Sade! Very speedy and friendly checkout every time I shop here at the college point Home Depot! Thank you for all you do!

Required rental equipment was available. Assistance was available to help me learn how to use the equipment.

If you need garden supplies, see Mike, assistant manager in the garden department. He is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help in all aspects of gardening.

Parking is easy, customer service is top notch and much better than more other stores. It's an easy experience in and out.

I have, like many other customers, have visited many different Home Depot locations (New York City, Long Island and Upstate). It is my opinion that the College Point store is the worst that I have visited. There are unattended ladders in the aisles with no one in sight. There are often products( obviously returned in poor condition) and returned to inventory. The staff often does not have good knowledge of the products sold. And finally, this location has in the last few years has many items out of stock.

I was very impressed with the safety measures that this store has taken during these trying times.

The store is following quarantine protocols and the cashiers are very friendly! I recommend checking out with Sade or Yvette for a speedy checkout and conversation during these hectic times!

I witnessed the cashiers cleaning as I walked around the store! They really take pride in serving the customers.
