I appreciated the help I got from the very knowledgeable associates at the customer service desk.

The atmosphere in the store was very laid back and when I needed help getting items down from the overhead storage an associate was never hard to find.

Overall, this is a great place to shop for home & building needs. I am thankful for their military discount. They have an excellent inventory for electrical items.

Went in to shop on Black Friday and I got 5-star service from each and every sales person..Everyone asked to help and if I needed anything..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE>

In what little time that I was in the store, I was impressed with what I saw. The associates were friendly and courteous. Because I am a woman, people assume that I don't know fixing stuff. I have been in charge of my own home repairs at this house since it was built starting in Oct of 1990. I helped with almost everything in this house (not the sheet rock but know the general theory). This included wiring, plumbing, insulating, and I was the contact person in charge of the contractor making any decisions on changes to the house. This being said, I am totally impressed with Tom in Flooring. I think we understand each other. And he heard what I was telling him. I am a tiny blonde with an attitude of get it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have a plan for laying the carpet. We'll see what happens when that gets done. Thanks to Tom for actually hearing what I said. I give the store 4.5 stars. The job is not done yet. Sincerely Rhonda Salisbury, MO

I’ve been a long time Home Depot Customer they go out of their way to make your experience great. Ryan in doors and windows he will go the extra mile to make sure your Satisfied with all the options. He will chase down the best deal best options to make you happy fit your budget and timeline. Ryan is an outstanding employee he will be one of the reasons why I keep coming back.

I don't like to store shop, but we needed to upgrade our kitchen appliances and saw a great deal at this Home Depot Store. From entering the store, to making our selection the staff and employees knocked it out of the ballpark. Our salesman wasn't pushy, he did not try to sell us the next higher cost appliances or to a specific brand name. He said that all of the products in the store were great no matter which one we chose. So if the other Home Depot stores are like this one, it's a win, win for everyone. Thanks for making our experience a great one.

Home Depot is my favorite home improvement and supplies to fix fences etc. on the farm. The employees on the floor are very helpful and willing to help with a good attitude. The check out clerks are friendly and helpful. The store is user friendly and neat.

Nice, clean store with good merchandise; helpful, knowledgeable employees; and competitive quality and prices. Stop in often because sale items can be great values!!!!!

I had the best experience at Home Depot all because of the wonderful customer service provided by Cashier Bobbi. She took her time to listen to my needs, was well-informed of location of everything I needed and was very helpful in guiding me in getting exactly what supplies I needed for the job. When you do not work construction daily or ever and suddenly find yourself in needing a DIY crash course because of budgeting and circumstances. Seek the Home Depot! She saved me sooo much time & money.

Associates were readily available to answer questions. All were very friendly Did not need to go searching for help. Went out of way their find items I was looking for.

Always experience friendly and knowledgeable associates at this store-- but especially Marshall Branton at the Pro Desk. If you are building a home, please please go meet with him as you will need a LOT of supplies/fixtures/hardware/appliances etc and he will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of! Great store in a great town. We are very loyal to Home Depot over other big box stores for price and service.

The store is in a convenient location and has plenty of parking. As with all of these type stores, it has one major flaw, very few floor assistants actually know what they are talking about. I was raised by a man that could do anything and picked up lots of information that I've used for over 60 years. That's how I know when I am getting a guess or a throw away answer. I would much rather they say "I don't know".I worked as an R.N.for 41 years in critical care units, acute psych and the operating room. We had to know our job and we had to prove it every year with competency testing. There in lies the connection to Home Depot employees, train and teach them about the tools and supplies that they are going to talk to customers about. I can't imagine the percentage of customers that are sent on their way with a product that they didn't need , can't use and spent much more than they needed to. Develop on line teaching and have each person sign on with their employee number to validate that they have read and understand that teaching module. If I were an employee I would be excited to have that opportunity to improve my skills and represent the company better. You could require 1-2 hours competency training per month per employee. I guarantee you would have happier customers, ergo, more dedicated customers.

Dave (the gentleman in the plumbing department) was a great help, really went above and beyond for me. Amber (the young lady at the register) was great as well. I had a great experience here and will definitely be returning in the future.

We have just remodeled our kitchen, and we relied on the Home Depot staff to provide us with answers to a great number of questions during the entire process. Staff was knowledgeable and professional.

I have experience in May Home Depot stores as well as other home improvement stores and Columbia MO is the BEST of all them by a landslide. It’s not even close! Everyone is nice, helpful and all around friendly that I can’t imagine not doing business here for years to come. Kevin Lancaster at the Pro desk is unreal at his job. I swear he knows everything! Never too busy to help and always does it with a smile. Can’t say enough about him and the whole crew at the Pro desk.

All of the employees here go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Friendliest store in town and always help you load your purchases.

Customer service in this store is amazing!! A huge shout out to Dave, Joe and Rob for all the time and attention they were willing to give during my visit.

I attempted to add money to my Home Depot gift card. I went to the Service Desk for assistance. The employees at the Service Desk were not helpful. I had to ask three different employees at the Service Desk for assistance. They told me they could not add money to my Home Depot gift card. I have purchased Home Depot gift cards in the past, so I knew this was not correct. The attitude and competence of the Service Desk employees was very poor. They directed me to a cashier. The cashier's name is Rafael. He was very helpful. I also received excellent assistance from a Home Depot employee named Nathaniel. Rafael and Nathaniel should be commended. The Service Desk employees need to be trained on your policy regarding gift cards and reprimanded for their very poor attitude and service.

The store looked very good starting with the outside. Plants outside well displayed and looked inviting.
