Lady seems inconvenient by my questions. She was also not helpful in getting an item i needed shipped to the store for me to pick up. Most employees are very polite and helpful but not this person...she was too busy trying to look pretty with her ugly attitude.

I let this terrible shopping experience go but I get harassed with endless survey. Therefore I give you your precious here one star

Very Disappointed and will never return to Home Depot in Painted Post Corning NY again. Sales associate Marsha is the most Rude, Combative person and spoke so rude and loud with my myself and husband we will take our business elsewhere

Everyone knew where the items I was looking for were located and were eager to assist me, Including the staff at the self checkout

Told an employee what I was looking for a striker plate for a timely fire door I perched there. Was told it's maybe in isle 10. I found what I thought was right and asked the guy in the door department and he didn't know. Taking it back today and witnessed an old man in electric buggy and overheard an employee telling him that someone is down there and they will help you. I'd rather order online before going there again

The lot asociate was so helpful helping us load our purchases.

It's so impersonable and cold! I may as well shop online. The woman standing by the self checkout didn't even greet or acknowledge as we walked up. Customer service lacks anymore when you take jobs away and .ake.the customer do everything from shop, checkout and bag up their stuff. There is no more interaction with humans. It's sad!

Replacing all of my windows in the lower level of my home. Utilized the contracting services with 2 different experiences. First contractor was great. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite arriving on time. The second contractor sloppy and late. Arrived without all the materials he needed to finish the job so had to come back a second day. Did not clean up after himself. Friendly but the professionalism lacked due to lateness without a courtesy call. May give them another try just not sure.

My wife purchased fencing reeds at homedepot.com and the whole process went perfect. The reeds shipped fast and we were messaged throughout the whole process! I highly recommend buying your next product at Homedepot! Thank You, if I could give 10 stars I would!

I have poor vision so I asked a senior clerk if HD had a 25 foot cable like the one I brought into th store. He found one quickly and curteously. I thanked him and left.

All the people working there, did not run from us. They were kind to us if we needed help and even if we did not need help. We interacted with multiple people during this trip. Great job to all! You’re great attitude and help is greatly appreciated that is why we use Home Depot and not the other stores.

Though we truly appreciate the Military discount we receive, we bought yard fence and the cashier said we could use it and it didn’t accept the discount and it was clear the cashier didn’t know how to cash out using it because her explanation was bogus.

The home Depot has been a very good place for me to get the supplies needed for the maintenance jobs I do. I am able to find what I need more can get it ordered. Very convent store and good people working there.

Merciless abusers and discrimination against the disabled. Very cruel, mean, no redeeming words for managers (two of them)

Kyle and Brandon were extremelly helpful with multiple quotes and changes on my end. This was a large complicated purchase and these two at the pro desk knocked it out of the park!!

on this trip we were looking for several items and found everything we needed, one item for a counter protector, we were looking for non slippery buttons for the bottom....others we found were felt and would get wet or very slippery, This store had non slip buttons for the bottom of our counter saver....

I just wanted to know think everyone over at the Home Depot, to include Brandon Sealy, Kathy Lisi..and Bill at the tile section.. All were very instrumental as far as assisting me and trying to get the materials that I needed for my kitchen.

We bought a dryer and dishwasher at the end of October. It is the middle of February and both are finally working. It took Home Deport 4 delivery attempts for the dishwasher and 5 for the dryer, because the last time the dryer was damaged and we had to call the manufacturer. Although installation was "included," neither appliance was installed by Home Depot, we had to get private people to help. Each time they made an excuse of why they couldn't install either appliance. They just happened to give us two sets of dryer components so we decided to return one. While I was waiting for the service lady to find the order number, which she couldn't, she said to a co-worker "at least you don't have to deal with this crap," meaning helping me. I had my two young children with me at the time. Home Depot has been my "go to" store for the past twenty years. I've never had such a bad experience with a company than I have had with Home Deport in the past three and a half months. It's disappointing for sure.

Used the Corning (and other) HD many times. Good place to go for remodeling needs.
