I love that the employees in each department are VERY informative. Especially the paint department, oh boy do they know their paint. The only thing I have an issue with is that there is not enough employees who can cover every aisle. So id I needed help in tools, I have to wait until the employee is done helping someone in hardware because he's also the one for tools. Otherwise the store and employees are great.

Headed out to Home Depot to get some new Christmas lights before heading off to buy a new real Christmas tree. Upon arrival, we realized that HOme Depot also sells real Christmas trees. It was one stop shopping that day. I am completely satisfied with my lights & tree purchase and the prices were amazing.

Been shopping for home repair suppolies, tools, and the likes across a wide spectrum of different places and enjoy my visits to The Home Depot because I know the prices are fair, service is outstanding and shelves are always stocked.

Store is clean and organized staff is very helpful

The store was cluttered and so navigating through the main aile was difficult especially this time of the year.

my husband and i go to this store often, usually not together, he is in very often, but i sometimes feel like a fish out of water, before i go in, maybe its the lost look on my face, but everytime, an associate comes to greet me, and ask if they can help me, which most of the time i take them up on it. i appreciate that feeling so much, so i don't have to wonder aimlessly through the store, looking for what i need. sometimes i decline the offer, because i end up looking around, and getting many other things i need. this visit was really nice, a gentleman named DAVE S, greeted me, and helped me through the store finding what i needed. he help me figure out the best for my needs, and proceeded to ask if i needed anything else, and kindly brought my purchase to the cashier for me. i will look for his face the next time i go in, for i know i will be well taken care of. thank you Dave S.

I have always enjoyed shopping at my local Home Depot. All the associates are always helpful. Sometimes the stock of the holiday items goes fast.

There was only one associate at the paint desk and there was a line of about 8 people waiting. James was on his way home when he say the line putting his apron back on he came over and helped his fellow associate out mixing paint and answering questions until everyone was serviced. I thanked him and he replied with a smile he was only doing what he thought was the right thing to do.. James is an asset to Home Depot and he should be commended for his service well done.

Christopher at the service desk went above and beyond for us .He is a superb example of excellent customer service

We had two very nice men help us select solar lighting. One man actually got on his hands & knees to get the box for us. When we first arrived a young man employee was nice enough to go to the other end of the store to get my husband a motorized cart. People who use them should bring them back to the charging station and plug them in for the next person.

We just purchased three tons of pellets today and made three trips to get our pellets home. I would like to thank those associates who helped. Virginia at the courtesy counter, John & Rafael on forklifts and Justine who just stepped right up and made this chore a dream. Justine had our first load of pellets waiting it seemed. On our return trips there was like no wait time. This showing of not one but four associates was great. I think that all four associates should be aware that what they did together knowingly or not was unbelievable. They should be noticed. Thank you to all of you!!!!!

Other Home Depot's in the area seem to have better stock and items than this one. It's a shame to have to travel up to Fishkill to go to Home Depot when we have one right here.

Having been in this store many times, I kind of know my way around. But even if you haven't shopped there, aisles are clearly labeled so you can find what you need. Associates are pleasant and friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend this location!

Female associate in Paint Dept took a small sample that I brought in on an index card and made a perfect match gallon of paint for me.

The Home Depot is a great store and makes home shopping an adventure. Walking through the aisles you look up, down, and all around and you are amazed by the variety and quantity of home and building supplies on display. As a homeowner, The Home Depot is well-organized and generally meets all of my needs and makes shopping easy. The staff is knowledgeable and always available and willing to assist. Aside from being a great store to shop, The Home Depot is a fun place just to visit and explore.

Always have good experiences at this location. Staff is very good. This occasion Eddie in the paint section really helped us a ton. We really leaned him for everything as its our first time painting our first house.

Millie was the customer service representative that worked with me for over an hour as I picked out a snowblower, lawn mower, grill and patio set for my nephew's new home. She was patient, courteous and exemplified the true meaning of customer service.

The manager and associates went above and beyond their duties to help me. I really appreciate them very, very much. The store I was at did not have the quantity of tiles I needed, they located a store that had it. I was able to purchase them there and I was given excellent directions to the other store. I had the best experience ever at this home depot.

I was looking for a specific light bulb. I thought it was an LED, therefore looked in that department. The older gentleman who helped me couldn't find it either. He call his manager who noted that the bulb was not LED therefore we were looking in the wrong place. The first associate was so polite, apologetic, and just a great guy. He just didn't say "we don't have it"; he went out of his way to get information about the bulb. I am just sorry that I didn't notice his name so I could recommend him to the manager. Overall, the people are great.

I received a special offer in the mail from HD where I could select a 20% discount or a special financing offer. I chose the special financing offer as I was buying a large number of items as we are building a new home. First I was purchasing 6 Andersen windows. This store only had 3 but they checked with another store in Fishkill who had an additional 3. I was not informed that I could have paid for all 6 windows in the Mohegan store which began my problem. I was, if everything went ok going to purchase 6 windows, screens, a sliding glass door and complete set of GE kitchen applicances. Had this store had all 6 windows I would have completed all the purchases at one time. A few days later I picked up the additional 3 windows in Fishkill and went back to the Mohegan Store to get my appliances. All I wanted was to have all my purchases from the last few days included in the special financing offer. With the help of your customer service folks, Adonis and Christian in particular, they contacted the credit folks and arranged for all my purchases to be included in the special financing offer.

The store was well stocked and my item was checked for availability. I was satisfied that my item would be in on time. Also the price was as stated and no haggle. I have always been happy to shop this store in Mohegan Lake and plan on returning for future shopping.
