We were greeted upon arrival. The store was clean and sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable in the carpet and paint department. Associates are always very helpful.

The employees at this store show genuine friendliness and act professionally. They have helped me find items even when I don't know the name of what I'm looking for. Checking out is usually fast, and returns are a breeze. The store is clean and well lit with pleasant music. What I need isn't always in stock, but the selection is very good, and the employees are happy to brainstorm on alternatives when I describe a project. It just feels good to shop here.

A very well lead and managed store. From the pro desk and tool department to the paint department and flooring and the service desk it’s always easy to shop here. I have been in many stores and this one is my favorite.

This is the nicest and most organized Home Depot that I have been in. Great customer service and all items are neatly stocked.

The ladies at the check out is one of the best people I have had the pleasure to deal with. Her name is Mary Jo and the other lady is Abbey. They are both very good at what they do even when the weather conditions are very bad. There are times when customers are getting material and the garage door is open and the cold air is whipping through the door but it never stops them from being kind and friendly

The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly and available to give me assistance. I appreciated the time the sales associate took with me to help me learn about the product I was buying and even went above her service to save me money.

Store was clean and the associates were super helpful! We got everything we needed and ordered our countertops and everything was quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend and we'll be coming back for our house needs in the future!

Gabe, a young college student, working in appliances was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Please ask for Gabe next time you need appliances. He really knows everything about the brands and so glad he was our associate.

The only issue with this store is the condition of the parking lot. It needs repaved, badly. It's a pet peeve of mine but if the outside looks shabby, it may turn people off from going inside, something this shareholder does not like.

Great helpful, professional, and knowledgeable staff.

This stores ability to properly handle returned appliances is the absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer. I would never recommend someone purchase any appliances from Home Depot. Product arrived damaged, then the return was handled by their delivery service, product was supposed to be refunded within 5-7 days, took over 6+ weeks for the return to occur and over 10+ hours delaying with customer service.

This store is great and I always come here for Home Improvement needs. I often need help and advice and it's extremely easy to find an associate and get knowledgeable advice and help finding what is needed. All associates are always friendly and willing to help. T

If you are looking to buy an appliance, go see Lisa! She was very friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I'm so glad she was there to help me order my washer and dryer and refrigerator.

This store's employees are not trained well at the customer service desk and they do not take ownership when dealing with customers and issues. We were told one thing and then another thing happened. There was an issue with a military discount on an online order and the employee did nothing to help and their only solution was to pawn us off to online customer service to help. Not to mention that online customer services's solution was to send me back to the store. This company is not consistent. If you are going to honor your military/service personnel, then there should not be an issue whether that person was shopping online or in person.

Ordered a workbench online, and it ended up being the display. The display had scratches on the top, so the nice guy helping me said he would grab a manager to see what to do. “Manager” Mike decided to belittle this employee right in front of me. He also made the choice to not say a single word to me directly. “Sorry about that sir, I’m sure you didn’t realize you were going to get the display and it would have scratches. I’ll help you out to get you a refund, or maybe see if another store has the workbench in stock.” - what a manager should have said to someone in my position. Instead, he decided to go sit with another employee in a corner and not encourage me to spend a dime or assist the employee who was trying to help me. The employee helping me apologized for not being able to do anything but refer me to customer service. I ended up just going and getting a refund. $0 spent and no workbench. Congrats Home Depot!
