An associate won my heart. The associate was small in frame, but she worked hard to make sure the customers experience was positive. She was a proud college student from Savannah State University. I’m now a forever Home Depot customer - Pooler, GA

I’ve been a Home Depot shopper for about 30 years and this is the first survey I ever did. At first I didn’t have a great experience, but one employee fixed everything in about a minute showed genuine concern, and she politely asked me to do the survey with a great genuine smile.

Jamika truly has begun the process for me to rethink Home Depot. Her customer service skills are excellent. She is an active listener, professional and knowledgeable. My past experiences with Home Depot have always ended up in a negative. However, with Jamika, my experience with Home Depot was a surprised positive. Jamika, with her remarkable customer service skills, was able to start to change my heart in a positive way regarding Home Depot. She is truly a change maker.

I traveled to the Cumberland Home Depot because the Johns Creek Home Depot Pro desk is not very helpful, the young men working at the desk must have been new because they didn’t know how to key in special orders and didn’t have knowledge on the products that Home Depot offers. The Cumberland Home Depot gave me excellent customer service and they went above and beyond, especially John, Jess, Kyle and Ruby! John found the exact item I needed, Jess took the time to search for my order which had been misplaced and Ruby helped me schedule a delivery when the item was too big to but in my truck! Jess called me back about the status of my order, left detailed messages and worked with me when I arrived to make sure I was happy with my order.

Have visited this store multiple times over the past weeks for a project and each and every time I walk away pleased with the experience. Team members greeted me and stopped to ask if I had any questions or needed any assistance. When I had questions, they took the time to find the answers but never made it feel like I was putting them out. Will recommend this store to anyone looking for home improvement products and support.

On 5/27/2023, I visited the Cumberland Pkwy Home Depot store. I was visiting Atlanta because myself recently relocated from Ohio to Georgia for a new job. As soon as I walked into the Hardware department COUIZA immediately approached me to assist me. She had a wonderful attitude and helped me throughout the experience. I couldn’t wait to do a survey and get her name to management! In my opinion Customer service is one of the most important aspects for a company to increase market share and sales. I truly hope that COUIZA will be recognized for her amazing work!

Products could be great but the store needs better staffing at check-out. Returned merchandise based on treatment at check-out.

Paint Dept always very helpful

I bought vegetable saplings for Bell Pepper, Tomatoes, Chillies and so on. They definitely look so great and we hope to have them fruiting soon. They were at decent rates too.

This Home Depot usually has the best stock of any I shop at and is kept very clean and well lighted. The employees at this store are always friendly and helpful and it is always a pleasure to shop here.

This parking lot is a little tight but it is worth it when you get inside. Lots of employees willing to help you with a smile.

Always have what I need in store and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure I get what I came for.

Ms. Carolyn was very nice to me and help me get in and out. Which was important at that time because I was already frustrated and in a bad mood. Thanks for your kindness mam, you’re a doll.

The store is neat and sorta stocked, but don't expect to find an associate for assistance. Sometimes you have to wait 20-40min and make multiple requests for Customer Service to page someone if you have a question. They don't employ cashiers, so you have to ring up your own purchases. It is possible to spend hundreds of dollars and hours in the store and not speak to any associates.

I come to this location at least three times a month if not more. The service provided by Lovely is always great. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the store and even helped me with a home back deck project giving me great ideas.

I purchased a washing machine and a dryer and the main driver for making a quick buying decision is the courteous attitude of the the sales lady assisting with making a choice. She did not hesitate in providing details and knew the different options available

Purchased pine straw and the cashier called for assistance. After waiting and nobody came to assist, I went back to the cashier and asked her to call for assistance. After waiting and nobody came to assist I went to customer service and asked for a refund. What irritated me the most was when I went to customer service for refund there were two associates just standing there that could have assisted me. I received my refund and left

Consistently excellent experience in this store. Great customer service. Enough knowledgeable staff on the floor is a rarity these days. This is my go-to Home Depot Store.

I walked in and met an associate by the name of Tee and she helped me discover the store layout like no other. She offered to walk me to the aisle which I was unfamiliar with. But along the journey to the aisle, she kept a smile and engaged in some great conversation. She actually made my day better! I must a big thank you to the hiring manager for selecting Tee.
