This used to be my go to store until my carpet install went haywire and on top of that major disgrace I had to beg to get my $35 carpet measure fee (took me a month). You guys said you would make the situation right. Crickets... Haven't heard a peep from any of you. Your customer service used to be A+.

Terrible experience with carpet purchase and installation. I’ve done several installation projects through Home Depot, specifically this store and never again! Still waiting on my 35 dollar carpet measure credit I was promised by the flooring supervisor...

Needed a vinyl flooring that was out of stock on line and wasnt sold in store. Megan in the flooring department went above and beyond calling the manufacturer to see when more would be made and when I could get it. I highly suggest asking for megan if you ever need help with special orders for flooring.

My shopping experience was quick, efficjent, and productive.

Megan H in flooring is amazing. We had a rough start to our process and she not only smoothed everything out for us, she somehow managed to get us to purchase more than originally anticipated. We were pleased with her customer service and will go back to her when we redo our flooring next year.

Clean and organized store very helpful employees. Friendly cashiers pricing is ok also about average. Quality products. Love the layout not like others that try to channel you like cattle. Been a long time shopper there usually has what I need or can get it with in a reasonable amount of time.

I had a new kitchen installed with Home Depot. Joe was the design person who handled it. He is a great asset to the company. Any question or issue I had was answered and resolved quickly. I will always go to HD.

The bays were so clean & organized. The quality and prices of merchandise is Great, got the Ryobi drill / hammer drill combo, Car vacuum, and air pump products. Wow !!! The paint matching is so precise - incredible, thanks to Rick. The silver creme was hard to find - but Home Depot had it for a good price. Way to Go, Home Depot !!!
