The employees are RUDE and LAZY.... IF you have time to waste then I would say this would be a GREAT place to start, because you will definitely waste a lot of time (15 mins in line to purchase 1 item)

Found what I needed, friendly staff and my cashier Isis was very helpful.

The store is good and basic as long as you do not have to deal with Mike one of the MOD on staff. Mike even told me off and to get the phone out of his face when I had one of his distributors on the phone with me to give directions for how they should handle some thing. Where associates seem to have way better customer service skills then the management does.

They help me with a Air con for my home

The store clerk went out of his way to get the faucet I needed. It wasn't restocked on the shelf yet; He had the forklift guy take the whole crate down from the high stocking shelf and restocked the shelf. I got my faucet and was pleased.

The store is convenient it's just that when you enter and you walk no one speak to you and said how is everything okay may I help you with something do you find that you need any help I think they can be more courteous and ask people is everything okay they don't have no one doing that at that particular store at all

The Home Depot store was clean. I didn't know where to look for the items I need and the staff was more than willing to show me where to find what I needed. Thank you Home Depot!!!

Your cashier's...at least the one we had the "plessure" of ringing up our items, needs a customer service policy review. We were at this store today and Shaniya (or however it's spelled) acted as if either our presence annoyed her or, she didn't want to be there. Her customer service was COMPLETELY sub par. She was on her phone, surfing the net, after ringing us up and remained totally disengaged until we paid. We asked for a price check on some flash lights and the look on her face was as if our request irritated her to no end. Look, we're not asking your cashiers to smile and grin at all times, but they shouldn't be on the their phones at the register. Is customer service being taught at this store?! Either way, we won't be back!!!

If you find yourself in the line that is serviced by a "head" cashier named Kimberly, I suggest that you choose another line because she is extremely rude, unprofessional, and does not possess ANY customer service skills whatsoever!!!!

I buy a lot of houseplants here, so I would like to see a person who knows about houseplants working in the greenhouse. And check your grower...your recent batches have had japanese beetles and scale bugs on them.

This store is easy to shop and people are very helpful

Overall -Over the years, I have almost always been able to find what I am looking for at Home Depot. Have never had to return anything - and Home Depot has the most hassle-free return policies. I have branched out to other home good stores - but always return to home depot. For me they are centrally located and have variate pricing structure and not a "one price fits all" as I have found in their competitors
