associates at the customer service and refund desk appear overwhelmed, staffing could be better. Finding products is not difficult, aisles are not cluttered

There seems to be something wrong with the IT part of the computer system the store uses. They had my name and someone with the same name (who lives in NH and I live in CT) mixed up. They need to fix this, or the person in NH will be charged for my goods and services.

I love the Danbury store it's clean easy to find items and there is always a friendly associate to help :)

I searched the store for what I needed, white painted stainless steel screws. I looked in the stainless steel screw area and couldn't find them. I asked the associate, Gardner, who found them in a different area, knew exactly what and where they were and got me exactly what I wanted. Without it I would've left and gone to Lowes.

Would like to see more organic products in stock. Could not find organic potting soil, liquid organic plant food, or organic lawn fertilizer. Two thirds of the homeowners here have private wells. Many of us do not want to use chemical products on our property.

I had a great experience in Danbury ct, location because of a very professional, patient, and knowable employee named Taryn . She was able to help me when an other employee brushed me off. Thanks again Taryn. @geez_up954

I had a good experience shopping for paint for my deck but I could have spent a lot longer there scratching my head if it hadn't been for the older gentleman in the paint dept who really gave me excellent pointers about using deck over from Behr. The deck looks great thus far, and I will thank him next time I go in!

Customer service was really great but not any store associates on floor to assist in choosing and explaining products in the early evening hours.

Staff is very helpful and have a good knowledge on the products. I love to go especially weekdays when there is not a big crowd.

I purchased a granite countertop for over $2000 dollars ..... I received the same attention as if I bought a box of nails. The kitchen department NEVER pick up their phone calls or respond to messages. I was suppose to receive a call from them notifiying me of an additional charge .... If I didn't happen to speak to the granite fabricator, I would not have known this and my order would have been put on hold. The granite fabricator, by the way, was not much better to get in touch with. Overall, way to much work on my end to deal with. Hoping my countertop comes out ok.

AS mentioned it is always a bad experience when trying to find an assoc to assist with a bathroom, kitchen, window project. Home Depot does not employ enough people in this area. I've had my kitchen, bathroom, windows, closets, etc done with home depot and each experience was difficult BEFORE i finally got an associate to work with me. It was shocking to have an associate help me right away.

Checkout Lines a mile long....and, even worse, no store associates to help put heavy items (rocks, mulch) on my trolley, or to load my car. OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD TO DO THIS FOR ME. Isn't it ridiculous that a multi-billion dollar company treats its customers (and employees) in this manner? Home Depot has good prices - but the store experience is terrible.

Store was clean and well lite. The home depot associate was friendly, professional and knew what I was looking for. Everything went well in a timely fashion.

Received excellent help - friendly people. I was there for something simple -- to have keys made. The first person I asked stopped what she was doing and made me feel like the most important person in the store. I didn't have to wait long. There were people on the self-checkout so I went through the regular line and the lady there did a professional job - friendly, yet not yackety-yak, as if she took her job and her customers seriously.

I rushed through the store this afternoon, and picked up an emergency item: a circuit breaker, and a few others that I had been planning to buy. My power was off at my home, so I had to move quickly to get back in time for my refrigerator to come back on. I almost ran into several Associates who were moving items. Because I'm fairly handy, most Associates don't usually approach me, so when I am really stumped, I have to find them. It helps when items are not moved, as I hate having to search for them.

everyone at this store is friendly and helpful. the store is always clean and neat. Sometimes the lines can be a little to long though. other than that i enjoy shopping there.

The Garden Center is always well stocked with the ingredients needed for my vegetable garden to flourish. The cashiers in the garden center are always personable when interacting with the customers.

I visit few other Home Depot stores , I preference to shop Danbury location, store at this location is more cosy, friendly, cleaner and helpful
