Love shopping here, easy in and out of the facility, plenty of parking and the employees are always very helpful

home depot associates were not only helpful they were eager to assist.

They had several isles blocked off( for stocking I Guess) today.

Assistance was immediately available to inform me, the isle and approximate location of item that I wanted. I needed no further assistance until I reached the cashier, who was friendly and very knowledgeable about items which I wished to purchase and helpful in completing my transaction.

I wanted to refinish a dining room table, my first experience. The associate walked me through all of the steps of refinishing, recommending the products and the amounts I would need as she went along. Associate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I GO TO THE STORE EVERY DAY , I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FIRST DAY IT WAS OPENED

Associates during the day are very helpful and product selection made the trip painless.

When I do find someone to help here, they are friendly and know how to help me. Sometimes hard to find someone. This is a smaller store, so sometimes things are out of stock. But generally it fits my needs.

The products are easy to find generally. If I am not sure where to find something typically it is easy enough to find an employee to help me. The sore is a little smaller than the other Danvers store making it easier to find what I have gone in for typically. It still has good selection to choose from or to give me ideas for my next project.

don't go to this store and expect help in the gardening section, associates too busy jawing with each other than to try to help customers and when you check out and the cashier asks you what the price of an item is and you tell her don't be surprised when she doubts your veracity and makes you feel like a crook trying to steal from the store, shopping here is a good reason to go to Lowe's.

Paint Department personnel were very helpful and quick to get me the products I needed.

I bought pavers online to pick up at the Danvers, MA Liberty Tree Mall store. The load was too big for my track. Kelly at the Service Desk arranged a 'return' and re-purchase that included home delivery, and she got it rescheduled. She's excellent! There was an Associate in the Garden Shop who correctly advised me not to put that size load into my truck bed. THey both were very helpful.

Was picking up dirt to plant flowers and they had it

Everything is where it's supposed to be. Worker walked me to the item I was looking for.

I visited danvers home depot on 4/20/2015 and purchased 10 lolookbags of stove chow pellets at a price of $5.19 a bag I returned on 4/25/2015 and purchased 10 more this time at a price of $5.79 a bag in all my years of purchasing pellets at home depot I have never seen a steep increase in price I a five day span.that is more than a ten percent increase in price I in less than a week.I use over ten ton in a year and realize now I may have to look elsewhere for future supplies.

Items usually stocked and easy to get to. Associates are helpful.

The store was clean it was one person at the customer service desk who ruin my experience. Please retrain and or move them a new location with no people contact.

Came in for a patio set. Plenty to choose from. Purchased exactly what I wanted from what I saw online. Told the store I would be back in 30 mins with a truck to pickup and they were waiting to help load the set when I returned. I like that very much. Recommend this location.

Admittedly, I came in at 3pm on a Sunday, but the availability of some of the lawn care products was lacking, specifically top soil. There were only premium brand names available, no economy or mid-tier stuff. I know there must have been a run on this stuff, but a lot of the pallets were empty and selection was not good. I usually like this location very much - it was just lacking this particular Sunday.

store is clean and well organized, most of the products I look for are available, they do employ some ppl who are relatively knowledgeable about the products and trades.

KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAST ASSISTANCE. POOR SELECTION OF GARDEN GLOVES QUALITY AND SIZES

I went in to the garden department, and found items I needed within less than 5 minutes. Proceeded to checkout. Overall visit to the store, was less than 10 minutes!!! Awesome for a busy consumer!!
