Store was clean but the personal stunk in the lumber department. This is not a way to keep business reoccurring!!!

Great store and great people! Very helpful and Courteous!

Today Mrs. Gwen in flooring went above and beyond with assisting me! She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I had very little knowledge about the vinyl flooring. Thanks to Gwen I was able to select new flooring for my home! Continue to recognize top talent and customer service!

We go to the Home Depot in Daphne all the time to get supplies for projects around the house. This time was one of the best experiences I’ve had! One of the staff members, Jeff, and a few others showed such great concern for making sure I was taken care of. I ordered a door online and it was delivered to the store. Not only do they make sure that I had all the supplies I needed to install the door correctly, but they also personally help me load it into my truck so I could transport it home safely. Thank you to Jeff and all the incredible workers that made this such a wonderful experience.

This store prides itself on helping all customers. They take the time to listen, find the materials you need and get additional help from fellow employees if needed. They are courteous, kind and honest. Integrity and good work ethics are wonderful commodities but not always found in our world today, however, you WILL find them at this store!

The Daphne store offers a very pleasant shopping experience. The associates are very nice and helpful especially if you can’t find what you are looking for.

Do not waste your time going here. Just order things online and save your time and gas.

Totally rude time wasters.

There was an associate immediately available in the department. He was very helpful. Tiffany and Tim provided excellent customer service. Very proactive. Everything was easy to find and the store, even the Christmas tree tent, was very clean and orderly.

I enjoyed shopping at this Home Depot, the service was exceptional. The store was clean and well organized and the associated that assisted us was amazing (Gwen).

The team workers are cheerful, helpful, the store clean and well arranged....easy to find what you want and, if you cannot, the team workers will find it for you quickly if they have it (and they usually do). My wife and I love to go to this store and, this time of year, especially like all the Christmas decorations for sale. They get five stars because they earn them, every day.

We were amazed at the amount of customer service we received during our visit. Most stores seem to be extremely short-handed because of the pandemic, but not Home Depot. Not only were they available, they were willing to help with no excuses. It was a very good experience, and we will not forget it!

I drove out of my way across the Bay to the Daphne store because there was absolutely no customer service at The Home Depot Mobile store . Linda helped us pick out a refrigerator and treated us like customers.....very rare at some other stores. She was courteous and knowledgeable in the appliance department. I would definitely travel further to get service again from someone like her than to go right in my backyard to the Mobile location. I would highly recommend using this Home Depot . She said the manager holds the employees accountable and it showed in her work ethic! Thank you Linda!

I love to shop Home Depot in Daphne Ala. They always have deals and products i know and trust. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Pleasant shopping experience here. Mr Ed in the back, working in windows and wall panelling, came over to cheer up my crying/fighting children, made us all laugh and helped us greatly with our shopping. In such a rough time (pandemic time) he was a very bright light, overall great experience and he was the reason! Thank you Ed. Home depot, you have a great employee!

Manager and staff are ALWAYS courteous and friendly. Great prices, excellent selection of products and services. I love the flooring dept, I have purchased flooring twice in last 3 months.

Our problem was with Home Depot delivery or LACK OF. We paid for a fridge that we have been promised is to be delivered. So far wehave had 2 NO SHOWS. First they were scheduled to deliver on Thursday between 5 and 9pm NO SHOW. After multiple phone calls and emails we were told Saturday between 5 and 9pm. NO SHOW. Called the delivery assistance # and got a message that the delivery would be between 2 and 4a.m. No surprise. NO SHOW and again no call . I am pretty sure this is fraud on Home Depot's part. They took our money and promised to deliver the product.

The store was neat and clean from the parking lot to the cashier. All employees I came in contact was very knowledgeable and willing to assist. Overall it was an Excellent shopping experience.
