I went for 3 bundles of lattice strips. I went to Dahlonega first. They had none. So I came to Dawsonville store. Employees were very helpful and kind in finding the strips and getting the right paint for my job. Stock was very limited in lumber. Only had 15 and most of them were warped or cracked.

Just a shout out to Tammy at the CS desk. Super friendly, helpful, and provided amazing customer service!

I purchased some outdoor carpet rug and I'm glad I did, it was priced very reasonable and Donna in the garden shop is such a awesome lady to help you.

This home depot stands out because of the employees that work there. They are cheerful and communicative. It's nice to be greeted by a friendly face.

The items purchased were advertised at 4 for $10.00 but I was charged $3.33 for each item. Called the store to correct and they said I had to come back in.

Go to Harbo Freight or any other store besides this location. This place is hardly even operating. The employees just show up to collect their checks noone actually works or does anything.

I bought a microwave, then sales rep up sold me on a fridge-which I needed and was a great deal! Great in store experience with the sales team. Delivery was terrible, I paid for installation and they said they couldn’t because my wall in the kitchen has tile. They installed the fridge but didn’t level it even though we said it’s not level, they said we could do it. I should have bought the microwave and brought it home, saved the delivery fee and paid someone to install-I have to do that now. I am so disappointed that a home improvement store that offers installation is so terrible at installation. I’ll keep this all in mind for my next purchase.

Great garden center, always a nice variety of healthy looking, well watered plants. Nice clean set up. The other departments are equally well maintained. Not too difficult to find an employee to help out with questions or service. Samantha in appliances helped me tremendously with selecting and purchasing a new dishwasher. She was extremely nice and efficient. Hats off to such a great employee.

The 3rd party delivery and install company did not complete the job for our dishwasher and stove. Cody, the one manager at Dawsonville took the time to listen and make a previous bad install situation a wonderful customer service experience.

I visit this store often even though it is not usually the most convenient because I find it a little chaotic than the store closest to me.
