Associates were incredible. I walked in frustrated and angry and I walked out just really happy and delighted to know that they actually wanted to help me.

The place is a good atmosphere and friendly folks and just a nice place top spend an afternoon..for me I enjoy that

I have a beautiful new roof thanks to Home Depot! I contacted a service online and received a reply from a Home Depot representative. He gave us our options and a zero interest rate for one year.

The only reason i did not give a 5 star today is because at times their is no one on duty willing to help . When Ed is working in the store I always get outstanding help from him. Today i received wonderful service from ED and Bill and at check out , even though i checked myself out the lady that was viewing was very personable. Keep up the good work . Great employees today hoping you can continue to find some good workers.

I always find the shelves well stocked no matter when I go in, plenty of friendly staff working the floor who make an effort to greet you and help you with anything you need. They're informed, knowledgable and I never have any problem finding what I need or have to make a trip somewhere else to buy things.

DEBBIE MADE IT ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES. THIS VISIT TO HD WAS DUE TO TWO MENS WIVES, AND A PROJECT. THE PARTICULARS ON THIS PROJECT CHANGED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS BY THE WIVES. ONE OF US MEN WERE IN HD EARLIER IN THE WEEK AND DEBBIE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL. I WAS IN HD EARLIER THIS MORNING AND DEBBIE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL. WE BOTH RETURNED THIS AFTERNOON. HERE IS WHERE IT ALL CAME TOGETHER. NOT KNOWING ABOUT EACH OTHERS VISITS. WE BOTH APPROACHED NONE OTHER THAN DEBBIE. MY FRIEND STARTED BY SAYING TO DEBBIE REMEMBER THAT LADDER YOU HELPED ME TO BUILD THE OTHER DAY? DEBBIE SAYS YES. I FOLLOWED WITH SAYING TO DEBBIE, WOW, IT’S THE SAME LADDER YOU WERE HELPING ME TO BUILD EARLIER THIS MORNING BY SHOWING ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED, AFTER I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE IT. WE BOTH SAID THINGS HAVE CHANGED WITH THE SAME LADDER. DEBBIE HELPED FROM THE ENGINEERING DOWN TO WHAT SCREW TO USE. SHE TREATED THIS AS IF SHE WAS BUILDING IT. SHE ALSO HAD A COWORKER JOIN IN, WITH THE SAME ATTITUDE. THANK YOU DEBBIE.

Well stocked, friendly staff. Was my first time here and I thought they were well-informed and helpful.

Close to home and clean, always find what I need. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

In my opinion, Home Depot has the most knowledgeable AND friendliest employees! That's why I ALWAYS check with them 1st when I need ANYTHING of a hardware or home repair nature!

This is the best and most convenient home improvement store in the area. Always plenty of stock and plenty of employees available to help you. Have plenty of parking and you can get help to your car if you need it. Ordering online to pick up at the store is great.

Quick trip into the store for a small item. Greeter knew exactly where to find it, person on the floor guided me to the aisle that contained the larger version of the item I needed, and check out was very friendly and quick. A very nice experience--no frustration trying to find item!

Friendly workers that care about the customer. All our questions were answered in a prompt, friendly matter. Got a great deal on a washer/dryer combo thanks to their sale. The sale saved us about $1000 on the set compared to Lowe's.

Working with The Home Depot since the 1980's I always make it my 1st stop on any project. Also, the BEHR line of products are Top Shelf.

I was shopping for plants that I saw online, waited for assistance that the cashier said he called, but he never showed up. Very sad I I ended up buying another plant.

Everything that I was looking for was right there. I did needed assistance, but, some of the employees were friendly n some just look at you like you were from out of space. I got help from a very nice customer that were right next to me.

It was a pleasure to visit this store, clean and plenty of friendly, helpful sales associates to help you with any questions you may have. Thank you for a lovely store, love the garden department, what a variety of plants and flowers.

We came in on tax-free weekend to purchase hurricane emergency items for both ourselves and my elderly father - we all live beachside in Daytona Beach. Ed, in the garden department, was FANTASTIC! He took extra time with us to tell us about the 3 models of generators in the store, asked another employee to answer questions, made sure the cashier knew what to do if they hit any dollar limits during checkout (because we were buying 2 of everything), and hooked us up with the delivery man. I couldn't be happier with his outstanding customer service. The first cashier at the service desk not at all. After Ed explained, the cashier, who was already helping a couple with a complex situation, NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED us for 20 minutes, never even tried to get someone else to help us! I finally went to another cashier at the service desk and explained what Ed had told the other cashier-who still never even looked our way-and he took care of us promptly. Overall a good experience, but it could have been outstanding if only the first cashier had paused for a moment to apologize for the delay and to get someone else to help us.

Compared to other home improvement stores, HD has better brand names that I am looking to purchase. Along, with the HD staff seem to be more competent.

Today I was treated very special shopper from the garden shop. Ed was on the floor and no matter how hot it was he was very polite and worked very hard for me. And for the cashier Casey she was there for assistance.

If you need assistance, look for Chloe and/or Marquis. They're so helpful!

Hats off to Randy in the appliance department for being helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. He was great. Dee in the garden department is so wonderful too. She knows where everything is, loves her job and customers and is very welcoming and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The cashier was very rude but all the employees in the departments were very helpful to us in the past trips. We have bought windows, a sink, counters, garden supplies and tools from you people but with the experience today I am not sure how I feel about returning.
