I love to shop in home depot. I love this store. I can find all home things which i search for my home improvement.

Awesome people always helpful

Products are easy to find, and store employees are most helpful and friendly

The store is a matter of convenience only. The prices are not competitive. The help on the floor lack knowledge on products and quality. Items like driveway sealer from Latex-ite driveway sealer only last a few months fades in a few months, a total waste of time and effort to apply and then it . Warranty from the manufacturer of latex-ite can be annoying in that they ask you to delete a negative review. The lumber is the bottom of the barrel #2 , full of knots and green and either dried out or damp. Finding a decent piece of wood can be a task with several cuts of wood being inferior quality. ,

Although most Home Depot stores have associates who are helpful, my experience with this particular store, shows the employees here go above the norm. Had a wonderful associate today, Sydney, who took what could have been a calamity, and ctook control of the situation and just got it done. I was very impressed

Good and efficient staffs

I'm a long time shopper at the Deer Park Home Depot. I continue to return because I have always received excellent customer service. I find the employees at this store to be very friendly and helpful. They are usually ready to go the extra mile in providing outstanding customer service. The store is clean and well stocked. I can highly recommend this Home Depot to anyone shopping in the area.

If you’re a Pro customer then make the Deer Park store your go to location. Bill, Lou, Dorice, and Kyle make the difference in a shopping experience.

This store has limited stock on everything. The online inventory does not reflect the in store inventory and when asked to help out they say theres nothing they can do

Look for Camara and Vanessa and your experience will be easy and quick.

The store was clean and associates at service desk were very friendly ..Laurie from gardening was exceptional in helping me with my purchase for a gazebo. She was friendly knowledgable patient and courteous. She followed thru with my purchase from start to finish . The closest Home Depot to me is the Commack store but I definitely will make the trip to come to the Deer Park store for any and all of my purchases

I am writing to inform you of the first rate customer service I received from the staff in your Deer Park store. It is something that I admit was not expected, especially this close to Christmas, and when I was helped by a friendly staff member who actually stopped what he was doing to help me in the hardware department, I was pleasantly surprised. I was shopping for a Husky brand tool cabinet in the Bay Shore store. They only had a floor sample and the sales person offered to call a store in Deer Park for me. The call was taking a little bit longer than I expected, so I told the salesman that I would drive to Deer Park and look for myself. Little did I know that your Bay Shore salesman let the Deer Park store know that I was coming. When I got to the Deer Park store, I was greeted by an employee who offered to help me immediately. I explained that I wanted someone in Hardware and I was escorted to the aisle where “Rich” was helping other customers. You can imagine my delight when he acknowledged me and said he had already found the tool cabinet, and it would take a few minutes to get it down from the top shelf. Within moments, a concerted effort was underway with a forklift, a flagman and expanding gates to close off the aisle and retrieve my item. I was very impressed. These employees made my day and my Christmas shopping very pleasant and they should be congratulated for a job well done. Keep up the good work!

More than adequate parking, clean, well-lit and organized aisles. Exceptionally helpful staff, particularly Steve in plumbing who went above and beyond to locate exactly the parts needed to resolve a home plumbing problem! Great products, prices, and most importantly, great staff!
