The cashier never acknowledged my wife and I at our time of checkout. After she rang up our four items she stared at us and then told us the total. I then told my wife “She can speak”. Never told us thank you, have a good day or said a single word when we left.

This is the second time I received a receipt that was not my purchase. How does this happen?

Store closed early today on a holiday weekend -- locking entry doors at least 15 min early. All but 2 registers were also closed, preventing customers in the store from leaving unless they stood in line snaking up into Lumber (approx. 40 deep). I was able to sneak over to online order pickup to pay and cut through the line. But asked manager about it as she unlocked door to let me leave at 652 after she denied other customers from entering -- and she choose instead only to argue with me saying that there were actually "3 registers" open instead of 2. I asked her again if she really cared about the customer service aspect -- and she said that "she did" -- but then she argued back that there were actually 3 registers open. Not sure what was going on -- but it did not seem that the customer service issue was understood

My order was accidentally cancelled by another associate. It was really an accident and not intentional at all. MARIYA restored my order, my discounts, and made sure everything was back in order! She is amazing and wonderful to work with!

I needed some specialty connectors for a project and did not want to spend the day looking for them. I went to the specialty connector cabinets and found exactly what I needed. In and out of the store in 10 minutes.

Ariel, was the absolute BEST!!! She took time to explain the PRO XTRA program to me. We are building a house and buying a lot of stuff. No one else ever stopped to asked me the questions Ariel did. She is a light in the darkness of chaos! Ariel was kind, informative, professional, and made me feel important. I hope someone at a management level realizes that hiring managers like myself want employees who are as dedicated as Ariel clearly is to Home Depot.

I found everything I was looking for thanks to the help of store employees without us having to ask. Gloria was the best!

The customer service exceeded all experiences! I had a extremely helpful paint mixer to begin,Salley...loved her so much! Great way to start, then her manager, Sherron! OMG, again loved him! To wrap it all up, this beautiful soul, Angela at the check outs, was a positive light that enjoys her job and shows it! I loved this so much! It was so appreciated this morning!

We just came from the Denton location and associate Angela was extremely helpful when our self check out went down in the middle of our transaction. She immediately took action and helped us finish our check out without any delay.

Today I had Liz as a cashier. Not only was she helpful, but she was funny and kind. She made my day. Thanks Liz!

I got great customer service at Home Depot in Denton. This will be my go-to home improvement store from now on.

I bought $1000 worth of material for a bathroom remodel 2 nights ago and the staff was helpful. Today at 3pm staff watched me load 600 lbs of tile onto a cart and customer service insisted that I had to scan the military discount code on my phone per their policy prior to checkout. I struggled for 10 minutes while Larry watched me attempt to do it. He called the store mgr who also insisted I adhere to their policy instead of them easily scanning a pre-printed code as was done only 2 nights prior. By this time Larry saw that I was getting pretty upset and haughtily said “let me have your phone” -using it to log onto your site and getting a QR code pretty quickly. Why did it have to be this difficult and why was I made to feel like an imposition for having the nerve to buy product and not have the proper etiquette to follow Home Despot protocol?

I went to HD because they carried a brand I wanted to buy. Everything seemed fine till I got to the store and the product that Homedepot.com said was on the shelf wasn't, so it took 30+ minutes and no fewer than 4 Home Depot associates/employees to locate stock and provide me with one item. Waste of time, increased risk of Covid-19 omicron variant and self service checkout along with a checkout station manager/employee who was clearly frazzled and not very 'friendly' at all. Home Depot can do MUCH better. But they don't.

I drive all the way to Denton from Frisco because of the service I receive from everyone at this store. This time I was fortunate enough to meet Melissa (manager) , John (customer service rep) & Will (forklift operator) - they went over and above to ensure my needs were met! Thank you team for such a positive experience!!!

Ryan (store manager) and Shane went over and above to assist my needs! Home Depot needs more members on their team like these two men! Thank you so much for your professionalism and amazing customer service. Will make the 20 mile drive & pass countless Home Depots because their service.

I am very happy with the products I bought and with the customer service in the case I need to return a product for various reasons.

I'm so happy with every visit to the Denton Texas Home Depot! All you have to do is ask for someone in the department you need something in, no wandering around, and they will get someone to come to you. I always get treated like a VIP and in and out in no time! All my questions answered.

Just want to take a moment to say big Kudos to Bob, Diana and Hilton in flooring. They went above and beyond to find us a product and made the experience so much less stressful. Thank you!

The water heater in our home broke. I decided to install a hybrid water heater. Home Depot carried the Rheem hybrid I wanted, but it was hiding behind other water heaters on a higher shelf. I got a hold of Bob and he took my name and number, spent the next morning checking the entire inventory (online said they had 1), then he called to let me know he found it. When we showed up on a very busy Sunday, Bob was busy helping tons of others, but took the time to pull the water heater and ensured we had everything we needed for the install. The Assistant Manager and cashier were also very helpful and friendly. Great knowledge, products, and service…even when it’s busy! Thank you!

Product was in stock and convenient and no line at register. I needed help in self check out with tax exempt from an associate so I used the get help button and it went off over and over while 3 associates stood at the front talking. The only reason someone finally came is because one of them saw ne waving my arms! Not happy! No customer service.

Can I give ZERO stars? By far one of the worst experiences at this store. ALL THREE employees that I asked for assistance were RUDE!!!! it started with the guy who wouldn’t look up from his YouTube video to answer My question, yelled at a customer while “helping” me and then ended with the last guy being completely dismissive and aggressively handing me my keys back. Absolutely horrible.

I bought freeze two weeks ago. Am glad l did.

My husband needed five boxes of subway tile for a remodel job. They weren’t stocked on the shelves even though the store had them in stock. My 2 month old, mother-in-law and sister-in-law had to wait for an hour in the car. I didn’t bring them in because I fully expected to grab the tile and be out the door in less than 20 minutes.

Customer service is gone no doubt about it when the cashiers are all about himself and nothing else and could care less about customers I don’t need to come here anymore

Every time I visit this Home Depot they always have what I need and employees are always willing to help and friendly! I’ve bought all my appliances at this store and have bought everything needed to put electrical in my shop! I buy nearly everything for home repairs and projects. I highly recommend this store for people of north Texas and the Denton area!! Great Place to shop!
