Everyone is very nice and helpful!

A gentleman named Chase assisted me with my check out...great positive and genuine personality. Actually made my visit better then normal and I left with a different attitude then I walked in with...so thought id let someone know he did a great job!

We needed cement footers & saw they were out. However, moments later we happened to notice them hauling a new pallet in the back & asked if we could have 4. The store clerk came and found us when the pallet was secured for offloading! He even helped us load them in our cart! Very nice.

I scheduled a flooring measurement for new floors. The gentleman who came was thorough and efficient. I later called the flooring department to follow up on the status of my quote. Aidan in the flooring department went above and beyond to help me. I had many questions and she was able to help answer all of them. I know if I have any concerns she will address them quickly. I simply cannot wait for the flooring to be installed and so happy the process has been painless, thus far. Thanks, Aidan!!

The cashiers at this Home Depot are always so very friendly and effecient. They keep things moving along, no waiting or having to check on prices, etc.

I went in to buy a swamp cooler and was treated with respect and honestly by the employees. They had what I needed and had me checked out in a timely manner.

Store under staffed and can be less than cordial when help is needed.

You need to require all customers and employees to wear masks during this time. It’s very scary being around people that did not have masks on.

The grill I purchased was NOT a new one. The store replaced the damaged and missing parts from another new one out of the box, but it took two trips back to the store.

Well-stocked, ample staff, easy to shop.

The customer service was extremely awesome at this store. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store.

If you need Home Depot you've got to use them. This store is convenient to my location and products are always in stock.

The store met my expectations

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly there. They helped find my wallet and held onto my items that they purchased. I would recommend this over Lowe's any day.

This store seemed very well kept. The only thing I don't agree with is how sometimes employees seem a bit put out when a customer asks for the location of a specific tool. Other than that I had a pretty decent experience.

I have been shopping here for years and it is the closest to my home. It is not as big as some of the other stores in the Denver area, but has a great staff that keeps me coming back. Store is clean and well stocked. I'm usually able to get assistance when I need it.

I found all employees that I encountered very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. I'm sure we'll be back to complete our remodel.

If you have to deal with a Cashier named Laurie, good luck to you! She's a bad representative of Home Depot. It's bad enough she was unfriendly and disrespectful, but she also had no problem complaining about the shortage of cashiers. Looks like they are having a hard time retaining good employees. Side note: The customer service has been getting worse. Management should take notice. She told another employee that she was only there on her day off because she likes money... while she ignored me for the rest of the transaction. She looks very unhappy and openly complained about being there, must be a sad place to work.

Great employees and great helpful atmosphere.

Randy in roofing and manager, Bobbi saved our project weekend! We checked the inventory for shingles online and went to the store after a long hard day of roofing only to find that the store was out of the shingles we needed. Even thought it was late in the evening and close to closing time, they went out of their way calling every store they could until they found enough to fill our large order. They were friendly, helpful and resourceful and we are so grateful. Thanks so much for your dedication and service! We didn't even mind driving up to Westminster at 8:30 at night because it meant that we didn't have to wait days to continue on our project. Thanks so much Randy and Bobbi!!!

Great Customer service in a friendly atmosphere.

I came in for a specific sprinkler part and Erik (in the garden section where I entered the store) came all the way to the sprinkler section to help me find it after asking if I needed anything. Come to find out, he was just coming back from lunch and hadn't even punched in yet! Big shoutout to Erik - he made my Home Depot experience awesome, and I would definitely return to this store for future purchases!
