The Destin store works with wealthy people and this store is exemplary.

The only reason to shop here is if NOBODY else has it. Orange vests suck the intelligence out of normal people.

We frequently shop at store #6377 and have consistently had our expectations exceeded. We have come to know many employees on a personal level - Jeff in paint, Margie in customer service and Bob T in plumbing to name a few.

I love the Home Depot Website. Finding the items that I need is very easy. Also, finding the item in the store is very easy with the row and bay numbers for that item. Saves time knowing that the item is in stock and where to find it in the store! Love it!

Daughter and I had a great experience shopping for several items. Very helpful employees, everyone was very friendly and we always appreciate the military discount at checkout.

Well stocked facility and employees are always eager to answer questions about products.

I came to this store after standing around Lowe's for over a half an hour actually looking for an associate ,so I left and came to the Destin Home Depot .An associate asked me if I needed assistance soon as I came into the store , I said yes and he helped me find info on the various self propelled mowers and I chose a Honda mower and purchased it on the spot .That is a 400 dollar purchase that you gained and Lowe's lost...I went back to Lowe's and told a group of about 4 associates what happened I believe they thought I was making it up ,oh well , you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink .Nobody is perfect but they actually didn't seem to care ????

I was searching for various items within the store and happened upon Rich in tools. He helped me to locate drawer pulls, While in the store I noticed a tool chest I really liked. There was only the bottom unit on display and although another associate told me there was no top section...Rich went the extra mile and found the last one in stock. He promptly sectioned off the isle retrieved the item and took it to customer service for me. He then set up help loading all my items. Truly very helpful. If you are at the Destin store look for Rich, he was amazing.

On Saturday, I stopped by The Home Depot with a 3 item shopping list. It was around 1:30pm, and I expected to spend more time than I wanted in long checkout lines. There was only two employees working and several self checkout registers. There was only one person in front of me but the self checkout attendant flagged me and literally bagged my items. Excellent customer service and always a clean store!

I suggested to the manager that your vanity display area was less than conducive to making me want to purchase. First of all they are up to high. We women like to touch, feel, and be able to open the drawers and actually see the top and see the construction of the unit. This is a big ticket item. I suggested he make a display on the floor and put the boxes above but maybe the lack of space in this littlest store of all won't allow that. It would be nice though. I bought one somewhere else because I could not get that experience. I did buy one from you that was on closeout as I redid it and made it look different. Now that was a great buy! Thank you.

I have purchased ALOT in this store and so many people have been helpful to me. Tim and Laura in paints. They helped me with a big order and it is going to be awesome-I actually cannot wait to paint! Marge was so helpful in windows and doors and Wendi at the pro-desk is just awesome!. the gentleman who always works in electrical-thank you for helping me so many times when I wasn't sure what I needed! Thank you all for making my visits a little more fun and helping me find what I need.

Very satisfied with my overall shopping experience at this store

We were very happy with the selection of shrubs that we couldn't find in another home improvement store. But when we decided on our purchases we had to walk outside to the parking lot to find a cart to load our shrubs. When we got in the check out line (there were two open) we were next in line when the cashier said she had been called to the service desk and had to close her line. We had to get in the other line which was a bit disconcerting not only for us but for the line of people behind us.

There were multiple salesperson offering to help throughout my 2-hour shopping at this store.

I had the most fantastic time picking out flowers this past Saturday. The selection was perfect! I even found some climbers that I had been searching for all of last year. The employees were great. They knew where everything was, including all of the prices. I never had to ask for help. The saw me looking around and offered help. They even offered to help me to my car at the end of my quest. It was perfect! You couldn't slap the smile off my face.

I shop here all the time! Great store! I have bought all the paint for my house here.

In all my years of going to Home Depot stores, this is the best store I've ever frequented. Top notch employees, excellent customer service, and great products.

I purchased a load of sod and there were no employees who came out and offered help to a senior citizen.

The Home Depot is one of my favorite stores to frequent. My shopping experience is always great due to the store cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and variety and availability of products. I'm a home owner and part time do it yourselfer... the home depot never disappoints.

Associate Jaime is wonderful. He engaged me and my 86 year old mother in conversation while making several keys for me. Jaime was so pleasant. Others could learn from him how to create a friendly, helpful environment for shoppers.

Helpful associates helped me load 4x8 sheets of bead board and took it back to cut it to the sizes I needed. When I was unable to get everything in my vehicle an amazing associate offered to load the balance of my purchase in her truck and bring it to me. I have never met a more helpful Home Depot associate.

I returned an item that did not meet my requirements. Cashier was attentive, polite and knowledgeable.
