The products available and friendly staff where great

The store was very clean, including the self-check/front end area. Also, the cashiers assigned to the self-check area were very nice and helpful, especially Patty!

Led light pricing not good price for this type of lights. To much compared to other stores

My husband and I had a very good customer service experience. The gentlemen that helped us was very knowledgeable. Found exactly what we needed quickly. Our checkout experience was even better the lady made us laugh the whole time.

I had to return an item that was ordered online from another store location. The cashier, Vicki--VLB199, was so very pleasant and helpful in completing this confusing return/credit transaction. She deserves an "atta girl" .

approx 3pm on a monday, i walked around the electrical dept for approx 10 min waiting for an employee to help me find a candelabra light socket. I finally left and went to the lowe's down the road

I am a neat freak so I am very organized and for that reason I shop at home depot for my organizational needs; I also like shopping in a clean, organized environment. For that reason, I come to this particular home depot because nothing is ever out of order it seems. More importantly, the amiable associates are always asking do I need help instead of waiting for me to ask them.

I needed to pump water from under my house and needed some help. When I approached Curtis he smiled and greeted me. He was extremely patient and explained some processes I was not familiar with. He had a lot of patience and took a lot of time to explain product and installation processes. The Douglasville store has a gem!!!

As every visit to this store, it was clean, neat and the sales associates were extremely helpful--and I never once felt like they were a bunch of sharks circling the kill! "Doc" helped us save a good deal of money by directing us toward a sale which was currently in effect--I would hve missed it! He even helped me pick out the correct tool! very pleased! Highly recommended!

I am a 62 yr old female who had some questions regarding the furnace duct work tape coming off. I spoke to someone who was not helpful at all and referred me to a heating and air condition company. I'm leaving the store frustrated because I felt his answers were not correct. Walking down the isle another associate approached and asked if he could help. I explained as best I could describe the tape coming off the furnace duct work. He was so patient as he helped me find the right products to solve my problem that I could do my self. I had lots of questions, as I am quite intelligent and a bit of a protectionist, I usually leave no stone upturned until I feel my problem has been solved. I was so happy I ran into that Associate. He saved me lots of money.. At the checkout I asked for the Manager and told him about my great experience with the Associate.

Ron and Greg are my go to guys at the Douglasville store. I always get great service and helpful advice.

Great store, and great customer service. I've never had to hunt for an HD employee for assistance because there is always someone available no matter what time of day or night I visit the store.

The store was clean, the associate was very helpful in directions. The item i I was looking for gave several options. one a cheaper item and a better one. The price was what I had expected, quality was above what I expected.

I purchased several locks and had them re-keyed. Work was done very professional and the results were good. This was consistent with my previous experience with all associates from store manager to department associate.
