What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. The employees at Home Depot on Two Notch #1110 are fabulous!!! I had to exchange something my daughter had bought the day before and they gave me no hassle or questions. They went above and beyond to find what I needed. I had to go to several departments and everyone was friendly and helpful. One of the managers even offered to hang some of my posters for an upcoming fundraiser at the school where I work. (I was telling her about the project I was getting the materials for and she offered). I wish I had gotten her name, the posters were for the Heathwood Deck the Halls Reindeer Run - December 7th - Helping to raise money for Camp Cole and Home Works.

Refrigerator Gap
We have a bin or closet that the kitchen refrigerator and freezer fit. It was built years ago and is still appropriate for our updated kitchen except it is only 68 inches high. Vast majority of nicer refrigerators are over 68 inches, many not by much like 68.625 etc, but still too much. KAT, the associate we got connected with stuck with us through many trials and and combination until we found a combo of units to fit in this kitchen and give us the features we wanted. YEA!

Outstanding Experience
We came back home from vacation to find that our refrigerator had died. Ari and Kay (store associates) were fantastic as they helped us navigate the purchase of a new refrigerator. We selected a unit that was in stock and discounted for clearance. All of the staff were very, very helpful.

We just had another great experience at this store with three folks doing their utmost to track down a particular item for us and succeeding. Customer service her has been consistently outstanding, a model that others in the industry should study and duplicate.
During the big flood in October, 2015 this store stayed open and stocked up on anything and everything those like us who suffered water damage might need. Every time I visited this store during those dark days someone met me at the door, accompanied me throughout throwing items on my cart, helping me find whatever I needed, and pushing my carts to checkout. After I paid another employed brought the carts to our SUV and loaded everything up. Wonderful folks, great prices, great selection. We've purchased several major appliances through them too and found all aspects from delivery, installation, and carting away the old items to be top notch.

This store has such friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees. They have always gone above and beyond to help me as a new homeowner, and they've never made me feel like an inconvenience. Store is well-stocked, clean, and when I've been unable to find items due to my lack of familiarity, there is always someone just around the corner that's able to help me. I'm on a first-name basis now with several of the employees at the service desk, and they've got my loyalty as a future customer!
