Best garden shop!

The employees at Home Depot on Two Notch #1110 are fabulous!!! I had to exchange something my daughter had bought the day before and they gave me no hassle or questions. They went above and beyond to find what I needed. I had to go to several departments and everyone was friendly and helpful. One of the managers even offered to hang some of my posters for an upcoming fundraiser at the school where I work. (I was telling her about the project I was getting the materials for and she offered). I wish I had gotten her name, the posters were for the Heathwood Deck the Halls Reindeer Run - December 7th - Helping to raise money for Camp Cole and Home Works. Customer Service at its BEST!!!

Samsung French door bottom freezer and so far I like it very much. Home Depot is the only big store carrying the Samsung brand that I needed for a refrigerator below 68 inches high to fit under my cabinets above. The staff was helpful. During busy times it is good to ask for an appointment when you are ready to buy.

The Store was clean. You can find things. Get help with what you are looking for. Employees try and make sure of this.

EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT AND AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU WHEN NEED SOMETHING AND DON'T MIND GETTING ANOTHER PERSON IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP YOU! I LOVE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT BECAUSE YOU CAN "SHOP UNTIL YOU DROP"! BEFORE YOU KNOW IT YOU WILL HAVE BROWSED AROUND THE WHOLE STORE LOOKING AT STUFF THAT YOU DON'T NEED AT THE TIME, BUT MAY PURCHASE IN THE FUTURE! GREAT EXERCISE! RATE THIS STORE 10 OUT OF 10!

The store is well organized that the customers are able to find the items easily. The associates are very friendly and courtesy to the customers. They treated me like a family member whenever I asked for help.

I honestly used to love this store it seems as if they have taken a wrong turn in employees. Now when you go in all you hear is complaining, about how they don’t want to be their. How they are working to much or not enough! It’s sooo old. One woman went as so far to put her hands on my kids and I had to get a management involved this place needs to be re-evaluated as it seems many would rather find work elsewhere it seems. The managers seem to be trying their best to fix there mistakes but at what cost. I won’t be back for personal use and I definitely will tell our business family about this as this shouldn’t be. Two days in a row I had a problem the second day my kids were snatched up and talked to as if this woman knew me or my children you don’t mess with kids and you sure don’t put your hands on them. I hope they give her a job else were as the front end isn’t the placement for her. I thought after the position change it would run a lot smoother but it seems like everyone’s either over worked or not enough hours. Good luck to you all.

We looked for a 199.00 smoker at this store and there were none on the shelf below the display. We asked an employee to look up if they had any and it showed they did. He looked for it around the store and found one for us on a top shelf. He got it down for us and helped us to our vehicle- after we purchased it. Thank you for your great customer service! We appreciate it.

This store has the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees. It’s always clean and well-organized. Derrick was very helpful in helping me choose the right kind of paint for my bathroom. He was friendly and great to talk with while my paint was being mixed. Wanda was very helpful, while I was checking out. Not only was she friendly, but she encouraged me to take advantage of a rebate offer. This location is our go-to home improvement store!
