I have been shopping at 6562 Winford Ave. Hamilton, Ohio 45011 for many years. I am a return customer because the store is well stocked and the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful.

The master plumber Rondall is a great help on all your projects. Mike in tools is always helpful with any tool your looking for.

I bought some lights and came back to get more and they were marked down again. You can't beat the price!

had a pricing issue and the ladies at the service desk Tina and Jen were super helpful and their attitudes were phenomenal!!!!!

Just made the purchase, item was in stock and got the delivery date we wanted. I also got 12 mths sac to boot.

I just bought a anew refrigerator the process was easy and smooth. Have all if my questions answer. Amanda who helped me was extremely nice.

We entered the store a little an hour before closing and all employees that we encountered were still very helpful in assisting us locate the items we needed and getting checked out. This is our favorite location.

Yells for no reason. No customer service. Register went down after being yelled at by sandy so had to be embarrassed infront of all the customers. -10/10 NEVER going back!

Easy to find things. Have bought many many items at home depot. Today o bought two sets of battery operated night lights that work like a dream. I had also bought some a couple weeks ago and today bought more! Bought house numbers and batteries. I love Home Depot.

I got 3 months ago a Mower tracto it was genius working great before cutting grass take 2 hours now only 25 minutes I’m happy also saved time.

The tool repair facility is really very awesome. Michael is a true professional and gentleman. They did a great job very quickly and at a very reasonable price.

We purchased 4 appliances and this has been a nightmare! Customer service was terrible! We have spent HOURS on the phone with Home Depot trying to get this right. A month later, we had to order the part for our microwave ourselves, the dishwasher was re-installed, the refrigerator has scratches and the stove is damaged. The replacement came 2 weeks ago. It was also damaged. Now we get to wait until mid July for a stove. Hopefully it's not damaged also! We will NEVER do this again!!!

Bought a new water heater. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. My cashier Grace helped me get a new Home depot credit card and it saved me a hundred dollars off my bill.
