Are trip to Home Depot August 7, 2024 Departments paint employee Lee and PVC pipe department male employee name unknown was satisfactory, employee’s were polite and experienced, assisted with all items needed for home projects.

Returned two eight months old trees, Jason was able to take care of the problem.

I have been a Home Depot Shopper for over 30 years. I just purchased a new gas range and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival. Will try to keep you posted.

I hit this Home Depot on a hectic Saturday to get a gallon of paint mixed, as well as grab a few rattle cans for a DIY project. The paint department was busy, as only one staffer was present, and I braced myself for a wait. Imagine my surprise when Lee asked me what I needed and jumped right in to dig out the keys for the rattle can cage and swapped out the base I grabbed erroneously to get the custom color I wanted. As I stood by waiting for it to mix he slide around the department helping other customers seamlessly and efficiently, returning as my paint finished mixing, and took the time to ask if I need brushes or rollers and explained the benefits of the anti-mildew add-in t the paint. The guy was a savant, satisfying everybody's needs and asking questions without avoiding eye-contact or ignoring anyone...which I feel everyone kind of expects from HD employees. He kept track of who was "next" and guided people to the products they were seeking, answering questions and juggling all his duties professionally. When Melody returned, evidently having been on break, he didn't slow down. She stepped into the flow of things and the two of them RULED the paint department - what a team!!

Checked website to confirm items in stock. Went to purchase items to discover they were out of stock. Associate scanned barcode and confirmed items were supposed to be in stock but nothing in the bins. Not the first time this has happened.

Beautiful store very clean, best associates, sometimes they are busy but have patience, you are not the only person in the store that needs help

I will continue to shop here. because it is my favorite store.

Found everything I wanted...pretty neat store...was some stuff in aisle like ladders display that made me have to move to get through...some mispriced items

Seems to be much more people loitering in the Home Depot parking lots. My wife used to wait in the car for me. Now she just won't go. Tells me she doesnt feel safe. I can understand.

Really like this unit - smooth easy access - lots of options for use of space - very quite and was a smart choice among all of the units I was looking at - Home Depot delivery guys were Great - hauled away the 23 year old fridge for only 50. bucks - Great Deal

Nacho in plumbing showed me the exact style of toilet that I requested, went and got me a flat cart, loaded the toilet onto the cart, went with me to checkout, then went to my car and loaded the toilet in. I have never experienced this level of service ANYWHERE!

My kitchen lighting fixture blew out and George in the Electrical Department quickly helped find the correct LED lights to replace my elderly fluorescent bulbs. Now we have virtual daylight in our dark kitchen due to these great Home Depot products.

Watch out for the price tag while grabbing, bought same length lumber, others were tagged correctly, others were tagged more expensive
