Went late at night before closing and still received excellent customer service without feeling the pressure of being rushed out of the store, employees helped me make a good purchase and went into detail of my purchase and answered all the questions I had before making the purchase.

The East Palmdale Home Depot is by far the best in the Antelope Valley and Tehachapi. Richard Rodriguez’s knowledge and customer service is exemplary. Jesus, the manager, is receptive and easy to communicate with. There are three other Home Depot’s closer to me, but this will be the store where I will continue to do ALL my business.

Great place to shop for garden that i mostly do. They have many options to choose from and at hold quality and prices.

I want to give credit where credit is due, and his name is MARIO. The manager of this store is, Helpful, always available within 2 minutes each time I have need assistance. There are times when the regular staff can not handle certain issues. This store is always clean, and most of the time the associates are friendly and helpful. I will shop here for all my home and garden needs. The other stores, like lows are much more expensive and not a manager around for 15 minutes or more.

This store is clean organized and almost always has the product I need in stock. The sales floor associates are polite and helpful it’s the associates at the return desk and some cashiers that stop this Home Depot from being the best it can be. Expect a good shopping experience on the sales floor but you will be rolling the dice when it comes to check out.

› Anastasia was excellent, I had to return something first before buying something in the store. Anastasia is why I want to come back to Home Depot. I thought something would be hassle and she was so quick and a very pleasant woman to talk too. She's a valuable asset to your company she was an older woman and I'm glad Home Depot is giving jobs to older people like myself I felt I could connect to someone my age. Sometimes the kids behind the counter don't have any patience with us old folks.

Excellent customer service. Managers and the pro desk members were a great help with my shopping experience.

I purchased a refrigerator in another improvement store and they could only hold it for a week. Home Depot will deliver my fridge in a future date that would work for me. I cancelled my order in the other place and purchased my appliances at Home Depot. I am very glad that I have options.

Anthony and Ethel and offcourse Becca in the paint department we are always greeted with a smile and welcome on our visits. Keep up the great work all of you!

Store is always kept clean and the paint department staff like Becca is very sweet and polite during our visits everytime we come in for our paint projects. And the front line service desk amazing! like Anthony and Richard these two guys always greeting us with a smile and they are very knowledgeable in whatever project you may need help with overall rating is a ten!

Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me complete a last minute important project. They have the best customer service employee who should be called "The Amazing Rosa". This lady is so very welcoming to every person she comes in contact with and treats you like a VIP going above and beyond to help in everyway and the reason I don't go to Lowes.

Just left the East side Palmdale store looking for something that was out of stock. The attendant, located in the garden area cutting Christmas Trees, was very helpful and saw that my needs were attended to. That quality of service is above and beyond. Great service and friendly.

home depot is a reliable hardware store to go to it is rare for them to not have an item Im looking for the,the store is very customer friendly with employees willing to help direct you to what your looking for and no real hassle in my experience over returns all-and-all its a place to come

the store is very organized, it was easy for my to find the appliances I was looking for, Donnetta explained special prices with purchase for more than one item, and rewards on utility bills too. she is great, excellent customer service.
