I went in to buy a daunting product, a water heater. I was unsure of what to get and how to install the thing. Dan was very helpful not only when it came to helping me with my confidence to be able to do the project, but he showed me some helpful products that made the install faster and easier (the shark-bite type connector hoses. If you are installing a water heater these are a must! I rarely get help like he was able to provide me last night at any store I go to let alone a home improvement store that typically the people have no idea what they are talking about and don't care to help you. Dan was great, and if I owned a business I would hire him away from you. Thanks again for all the help and wisdom Dan. We now have hot water and its shower time! Mike

Sonya in the doors department was most helpful. The cashiers ( I spoke to 3 total) were very friendly and helpful and nice. Other associates, at least two, asked me if they could give me any assistance. Thank you.

The man in Plumbing was available and really knew his stuff. Had my part in minutes. The cashier (Alonzo) was one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. I left with a smile on my face. Two of the best employees you could find.

I have yet to encounter a less then efficient, knowledgeable, courteous employee. Three that come to mind always there with customer focused service is Kim, Becky and Melanee. Thank you all store #2813. Jim

Very Clean store...some items in the store are harder to find as they are in boxes that do not display the contents.

An employee immediately greeted us and offered her assistance in finding an item we needed. She spent time finding exactly what was required and saved us 5 to 10 minutes of looking. Thanks!

The associate was very helpful in helping me tofind the products that I needed.

The associates helped me to find the shelving area. Then another answered all my questions, got a cart and took it to checkout for me. On the way answered some plumbing and painting questions I had. Then the checker was helpful and got someone to load the item in my car! Great customer service.

Items that are shown on the HD website are sometimes not available in their stores, or at least some of the associates are unable to help one find them if they are even in the store. Staff tries to be helpful, but they are not widely experienced at knowing the application of different items. I especially refer to those in electrical who may know the basics from a book but are not knowledgeable about products or applications used in the trades. A specific example is the associates blank look when I asked where the "quick connectors" were for low voltage applications. All they could do was point to butt connectors. Even though the connectors are shown as available on the website, I finally gave up and went to an auto parts store for the connectors. Home Depot and this store are about average in the knowledge of their employees. If you want/need an item, they may have it, but their staff may or may not know what it is used for. At least they tried to be helpful.

No matter what I'm in looking for, HD does not disappoint to be there to help.

Store is always very clean and helpful. Sometimes it can take a little bit to find someone but that is because there are so many people that need help. Over all it is fast and easy to get in and out when you know what your looking for.

The store assistants were very helpful and imaginative in figuring out a solution to the problem I was attempting to solve.

When checking out, I purchased an extended warranty. The clerk gave me the receipt and I had to ask where to register the product. He did not have a warranty booklet and told me to go to customer service to see if they knew what to do. I then had to find a cart and haul all of my recently purchased products down to customer service where they provided me with the warranty booklet. It was not busy and the clerk or someone should have not made me do the leg work due to their ignorance. I felt like I was bothering the clerk, asking him about the warranty that he knew how to ring up but not how to get me directions on how to register it.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the store is always clean and easy to navigate. I usually can walk right in and find exactly what I want, if I can not find it(rarely happens) I just ask a sales associate.

Gentlemen in garden area were very helpful for what little information we needed and they were readily available to inform us with our inquiries.

We worked with Karrie on our recent purchase of a washer and she made the experience so easy! She made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and had us on our way in a reasonable amount of time. She provided GREAT service which means I will return!
