Great store great service easily to find things close to home

I was at the Paint Department. The associate was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

We needed to pick out our back door, window, and our doggie door. Brad, and later Danna, helped us complete the process. They were both exceptional and patient in showing us the options and in guiding our decision making. Thank you to both, you were extremely helpful.

Prices on most items are generally lower than Lowe's. The store location is very convenient for the people who live in the Garden Valley, Lowman, McCall and other areas north of Boise.

Had a problem figuring what I needed for my project. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Came in to find a component for a bathroom sink. Went to the plumbing department, showed the old lavatory ball rod to an associate. He located a replacement item in less than half a minute that was exactly what I needed. Self checkout with no wait in line. Total time between leaving my car and returning less than four minutes. A drive-through wouldn't have been as fast. Amazing.

Excellent stock and the help was useful enough. The best option for construction trades.

I came in to pick up and item I ordered on line and return an item I purchased. John was very good at helping me. He always treats me and my wife very well.

My husband and I are in the middle of purchasing a new home and there are several products we are looking at and projects we are wanting to do. While navigating the store, we were never short of a friendly associate to help us and even teach us with some DIY tips. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and the selection/stock was impressive. Just moved here and read some dodgy reviews of our Eagle, ID Home Depot. As we are fans of HD, we ignored the warnings about poor customer service, etc. and found that the staff at the store are VERY helpful! Start with the free cold water cooler at the entrance to keep customers hydrated -- we hadn't seen that before! The orange aprons are everywhere and available to answer your questions or just to make sure you are finding what you need - plus the cashiers are always friendly. I show my VA identification to get the 10% military discount and always receive a "thank you for your service" - so very nice to hear. This store even has reserved parking (with flag signage) for US Military Active/Veterans. AND if you end up buying the wrong thing or too many of the right thing, there is never a hassle about returns/refunds. We love this store - and it continues to be our "go to" place for home improvement projects, garden supplies, and just about anything including the kitchen sink! Our family jokes that if that can't find us at home, they KNOW we are probably at Home Depot.

Whenever we have needed assistance from an associate, they have been very willing to step up to the plate or, if he/she is not familiar with the question/concern, the proper associate is quickly located to answer the question or resolve the issue.

Perfect price and helpful wit the questions I had. Plenty of color options to choose from.

The process of ordering on line and picking up items in the store was very easy and saved me a lot of time.

This store is always a good experience. I often make purchases to take up the canyon to Valley County and I typically am able to find everything I will need. The store employees are friendly and helpful.

I found your representative cashier Lisa-LMB1071 to be extremely friendly and helpful with an " Eager To Please" attitude which is commendable, especially these days...

I shop at the Eagle Home Depot because I like the people at the Service Desk there, and they treat me well.

I went in to return an item I purchase on line, the fellow that helped me was polite, fast and very good at getting it returned with not hassle.

A lot of times, associates would rather chat amongst themselves then offer help. I usually have to ask someone (if I can find someone) or go up to the front desk.

I enjoy shopping at the Eagle Home Depot, that is why I always go there.

The associates at the Service Desk are very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially like to go when John and Rebecca are there. They are very knowledable and very friendly. They go out of their way to take care of you. They must be greatly underpaid. Great assets to the company.

We went to Home Depot at 8:30 in the evening. The store wasn't busy and all of the associates were very friendly and helpful.

The cashier, Sandra B., was terrific. Gotta love the upbeat, positive attitude. She seems like a very sweet lady.

Jerry and I exchanged phone calls, emails and communications. He really went the extra mile to help me get what I needed in a timely manner. I look forward to doing business with him again soon! I gad purchased some of the products previously and knew exactly what I wanted and when. I deal with Home Depot stores in several states and each time I've been favorably impressed with the quality of the people I get to work with. This makes it even more likely that I will keep shopping at the Home Depot.
