You could use a larger selection of hardware

Last week I received terrible customer service over an order to get an online order and I had to load it myself because the associate the brought the cart out left to never be seen again and I swore that I would not shop this again but today I had to purchase some vinyl fence post and the same terrible customer service. The only person that i did a great job was the cashier

I visit Home Depot at least twice a week for supplies. I run a small home decor business. I actually live closer to a different Home Depot, but I drive the extra minutes to visit Brea every time! This store is clean, organized and the employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Check out is always fast too!

I have been shopping at this store approximately 3 times a week for the past 6 years, and have always had great service except from this cashier. Every time Cathy helps me, she has a bad attitude, no greeting or thank you. Normally I don’t pay attention to it. however, today there was a mistake while processing my credit card that resulted in a double charge. When I showed her the charge on my credit card app, she shrugged her shoulders and told me it was my fault.Un

Came in looking for refrigerator filter. Non of the numbers matched the # on my fridge filter. Went to speak with Moe. He said,”We’ll figure this out”. He logged onto computer and looked all over for the interchange number. He figured it out the suggested I purchase the HD 2 pack for an additional $4. I did. He would not give up! I spoke with the HD Manager Mark. Told him how impressed I was with Moe. How he solved my problem. Great person. I will drive further too get this level of service.

Best homedepot to go to very friendly people who work there .store is always clean. Night shift is the best

I had a key made. It worked, but I had to use a wire brush to get some of the burrs off of it before I tried it. That was after I had to ring up my own order. I do not like self check out and that is all that is available at this store unless you are a contractor. I don't get a discount for doing someone else's job.

I shop a lot at Hd like everyday by far this Hd in brea has the best customer service and there second to none from the lowest employees to the store managers just have good positive energy and if you go there often it will rub off on you brea Hd is my favorite and my number 1 store I go too

This is one of my favorite Hd around the employees actually want to be there and they truly want to help you. I never feel like I’m getting brushed off or rushed they truly care bout fixing my issue and finding the best options for me. There leadership must be good because the energy there is always positive

I had a few things to do at HD today -- every person in every department (appliances, paint, lumber and cashier) was AMAZING -- friendly and really, truly helpful. They answered questions about delivery and the best ideas for painting a door, and were super friendly.

I like to write reviews. This review is to comment on the positive help my husband and I received today at the Brea Home Depot. I love going to this store. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I tell the truth and when someone other than the Department head puts forth extra effort to help me, I believe my words will help this store remain at the top of everyone's shopping choices. Thank you again for all your help.

This Home Depot is the best I have ever been to. Fortunately I have had the pleasure of being a regular customer for over 20 years. I sometimes go to other Home Depots if I am not near my home, but this particular Placentia, CA store is best.

Was buying 5 gallon water bottles and my cashier Barbara called Max to help me push and load my cart without me even asking. Very thoughtful she said those bottles are way to heavy for me to lift.

We waited to shop on Monday night due to weekends being so crowded. We had two exceptional men help us with our list of items. Kerry in Plumbing and Mo in Appliances. Both took great care of us, best customer experience I've ever had at a Home Depot. On weekends it's not easy to find someone to help you, but Monday nights, no problem. Hats off to Kerry & Mo!

Every time I have gone into this store I have been well taken care of. Any questions asked were answered with complete knowledge of the store and where everything was located. I went in for moving boxes this time and was directed to them immediately with ease. At check out I had a lovely woman named Dodie who was very personable, friendly, chatted AS she checked me out quickly and effortlessly. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Dodie who brightened my day, left me smiling and feeling blessed. As I was leaving I rang the bell, not only for Dodie but for several employees who helped me during my visit.

Outstanding service!!!! Ester went out of her way for me in gardening. They always have in stock what I want. Employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

hiring woke employees are the worst thing that happened to this location. hire people that know something about what your selling. their were very few in this location.

I've been to numerous Home Depot and this one in Brea is the cleanest and organized compared to others. Along with great customer service like Ricard Pittman that makes me feel welcome.

No prices on WD-40 spray cans. Employees difficult to find to ask for price. Instead found out the price at checkout cashier.

We were extremely happy with the service that Richard Pittman, in flooring, gave us at the Brea Home Depot. He took the time to answer all of our questions and showed interest in what we wanted. Other associates stopped to see if we needed help while walking around looking for other items we needed.

Vance in the electrical department gave me 100% of his time from start to finish to secure all the necessary items to make a custom extension cord that Home Depot did not have or sold. Vance explained how to assemble the product and I felt very comfortable with his crash course of electrical 101; I assembled the items and now have a custom extension cord in our patio to power the TV and fan. In addition to Vance's words of wisdom, I also tuned in to "you tube" and consulted with my neighbor that has a lot of electrical experience. Bottom Line, the custom extension is up and working fine.
