Could not order an out of stock item online for store pickup. Salesperson looked up when he could get it, and did my order over the phone. Saved me from driving to another farther away Home Depot or a delivery charge. Thank you MFM3NH9!

We purchased a new refrigerator. I was very impressed by the appliance salesperson.. He was very knowledgeable .and honest with us.. Well done.

The cashier Brandy was absolutely amazing. Great customer service and helped finish my water heater warranty exchange. It was complicated and she stayed patient even after I forgot to give her a receipt and she had to redo it.

I bought this cooler it was for a good price !

Excellent customer service by Farrah & Kayla in assisting me with a return where I didn’t have my order number which they obtained for me and issued refund. There was no problem with the product but my husband had repaired our old one so wasn’t needed.

This review is about Mr. Ali, the Home Depot manager at the 4648 store in Manassas Virginia. His professionalism, the way he treated me, and the way I saw him treating his employees has won my loyalty as a customer.

Everyone should shop at this Home Depot on Liberia Avenue in Manassas. Customer service is superb and knowledgeable employees who go the extra mile to meet your needs. They are also very creative and give excellent advice on projects.

Delivery time was fast should have it by December 2, 2023. Great. Als the sale person Angela worked with us closely and answered all my questions

I was taken by surprise, When I visited the Liberia Ave store for the purchase of flooring material. Staff members were reluctant to assist and toss you to the next person, for help.

Today my day whos in his mid seventies asked me to get so copper fittings from Home Depot DANIEL who doesn’t usually work in plumbing helped me. He went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you Daniel

If you want great customer service, go find a man named Scott. He'll help you out and steer you in the right direction.

Scot was extremely helpful when we were shopping for a grill and getting one high off the shelves and helping to load it on a cart. He was very polite and attentive. And a young man at the self checkout was very sweet & helpful with out veteran discount.

This store, like other home depote stores, is welcoming.

I've always had good luck at this store at finding someone to help. The most recent visit was probably the best example in that the sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and the visit enable a quick order.

I've been in many home depot's up and down and all across the US I don't even want to walk in the door anymore no one greets you no 1 speaks to you no 1's around when you need help and there's no product on a shell at all the only reason I go in this store this store is less than 5 minutes from my job otherwise i'd go somewhere else 👎

What a bunch of idiots. I needed a relatively high end tool (Milwaukee M18 grinder). Website said 2 in stock, could not locate and employee said system is always wrong and they were sold out, what they did have was locked in cages so you couldn't even buy it. As I was walking out already upset I found the 2 "in stock" sitting in a display right by cashier and next to the door other side of store. No lock, nothing. No one would have found them and anyone else could have grabbed and walked out.

I was lacking in how to navigate my Home Depot app. Katterin assisted me in this. She is a young lady with a pleasant attitude and dedicated to service. The store reflects the same welcoming atmosphere. This is definitely due to the staff and management working together. As a retired manager, I quickly pick up on these traits in a business. Thanks for being such a place!!!

Mohammed is an associate at this store 4648. He tried to prevent me from buying the tools I needed for my job. There is a Dewalt deal going on where you’re able to get a free battery with a qualified combo kit. All of the tools I was trying to buy qualified for this deal. He was so fixated on telling me I wouldn’t get the free battery and I would have to pay full price. I got tired of hearing him, so I grabbed the tools myself and went to the register and long behold… I get a free battery.

Rob from Lumber department went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I usually do not participate in survey's or reviews but he (Rob) should be definitely recognized for his excellent performance!

I shop at Home Depot across the area. East Manassas is clearly the best of them all.

Excellent Staff, Quality products Home Depot is my second home :) I visit this store couple of times a week. bought all my tools from this store. On this visit bought 32 studs to build shed at home and decided to get them cut from the store lumber department. Rob in Lumber store provided excellent help. He is perfectionist and marked every stud with measurements. Did neat and perfect job. Saved a day.!!
