I frequently visit this Home Depot due to my job and need to checkout at the “pro desk”. As soon as I walk past the desk on my way in, I glance over to see if Tiffany is working because if she is, I know my visit to the store is going to be a pleasure. Tiffany is always extremely helpful and personable.

In my opinion, this store is the best store out of all of them. Well organized, well stocked, very helpful employees.

Who ever does the scheduling did not schedule enough people to work. The associates that were there did their best to help customers.

The people that work at the commack store are always friendly ,willing and able to help with any of my questions. I shop there so often I know a lot of theme by their names.

It’s hard to find people but I understand it’s a huge store I like the people here and the merchandise is always stocked and good better then other local stores and they always have great deals

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The huge store is somewhat daunting to get through; a strategically placed set of maps, as they have in malls, would be a big help. Checkout is usually fairly easy, even with the holidays; self-checkout is available with a helpful cashier ready to assist, if necessary. Don't forget to bring your own shopping bags!

Great store to to chose when looking for familiar or non familiar items the service is impeccable good knowledge and lots o variety

I have been coming to the Commack store for over 20 years and have found the Store to be well stocked with Friendly Associates and cashier. The merchandise is somewhat easy to find but occasionally ,I will ask for assistance to save time on finding the product. My most recent visit was for Select Grade Pine which is excellent for my current project. I have to go back for more Tomorrow for more plywood..

I would highly recommend the store because of the cashier Luis. However, the gentleman in the paint department needs a little work on his people skills.

Have been living in East Northport my entire life and Home Depot is the place to go for ALL of your home improvement needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. There seem to be a variety of store associates some of which have probably retired from various construction/home improvement-type fields who possess a great knowledge and have excellent ideas to share.

Young lady in the flooring department was knowledgeable about products and installation. Offered fantastic suggestions to replace out of stock products. Impressed my contractor with her knowledge of products and construction. Young lady at contractor desk was organized, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. Made it painless and my contractor was very impressed! Two superstars!Happy

This store is Mint... I've been to many Home Depots and have yet to Find one better. Ian, in TOOLS is the most knowledgeable person in the store. The Pro Desk is a pleasure to work with. Generally the employees are very helpful. The store is always clean. Thank Store 1202

Awesome employees and great store it keeps getting better with age

Home Depot in Commack, New York is one store where I find that whatever I am looking for and can't find, there is always a representative nearby who will always lend a hand and direct me to the exact location. They are always courteous and knowledgeable and have endless energy to help their customers. I enjoy the feeling of being encouraged to stop and ask them to help me, because that is exactly how they treat me. Great Store, Great Workers, excellent atmosphere for shopping. Note: "Don't change anything".

I like this store and live very close it is very convenient. The only complaint I have is about the garden dept.. Sometimes some plants are not well cared for (not watered & wilting).Charlie

I like this store and the employees have always been friendly but HD still hasn't grasped that a person coming into the store is more than likely a homeowner who may or may not visit the store enough to know where to find everything. These places are in essence, warehouses. Big. It would be nice if these companies would train their employees be on the lookout for wandering customers and were proactive in approaching and helping we wanderers locate what we need instead of finding us huddled, bewildered and lost in some corner of the store at the end of the day! Even having someone standing at the door to offer assistance and point us in the right direction is a great option. My time is too valuable to be meandering around a warehouse trying to find what I'm looking for. I'm going to gravitate to the store with personable, proactive people every time.
