I bought a tools bag and it lasted a long time

I waked into the garden center first, where I inquired about the product I was seeking, and the gentleman kindly directed me to the correct location in a kind and friendly way. I had to use the restroom, and asked a lady working near the electrical and appliances section, who directed me to the facilities with a friendly and happy countenance. And last, but not least, Carol was most amiable with great communication skills. She highlighted the receipt and informed me about this survey.

Helped with a return of overbought tile. Took extra to make certain the return was correct

Jose, Bob, Bryan and Kayla are an asset to this company! Went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate all of them very much. In a time when people have been so abusive to retail workers, it’s great to see that Jose and team didn’t let that get them down and stop them from having an excellent attitude at work. It was a slow Sunday morning at Home Depot, and I had to get a gift card for my loved one. I also went to look at the plants for a future project for my exquisite home. Earlier that morning I went to a store similar to Home Depot with a slogan of “never stop improving,'' which in reality was “never stop disappointing” cause the plants were mostly dead. After seeing those plants at the other store I knew to go to Home Depot, cause that is “how doers get more done.” As I was leaving the store to make my purchase I had the honor of The Divine cashier in the garden center. I felt like a mere peasant in his presence, but by the end of the transaction my life had changed, and I had found new meaning to my life. The cashier's name was Vincent. During the process of purchasing my gift card, I was talking to Vincent about how the person I was getting my gift card for was the only remaining loved one in my life. Usually I’m not one to talk to strangers, especially about personal things in my life, but Vincent’s charismatic personality inclined me to go into further detail. I told Vincent about how my wife left me for a man she thought was a better “handyman” than me, but in reality that guy was a “tool” at best. When my wife divorced me she took my house, my car, and our children which she manipulated my two girls to resent me, and then to never speak to me again. Luckily I was able to live at my parents house after the divorce, but that was short lived because a few days later both my parents were killed in a hit and run. My relatives that were at the funeral now won’t speak to me because of the divorce. Vincent was extremely supportive and he comforted me. He gave me sacred knowledge and told me to focus on my only son who still loved me, and realized how horrible of a woman his mother truly was. Reflecting on the conversation I had with Vincent, he made me realize I had to get out of my depressive state. He inspired me to find a new purpose to my life which I plan to use to move on from my tragic past. Our conversation was unfortunately cut short due to the next customer in line, but I understood he had his job to do and let him work. When I was walking home it felt like I was going through another heartbreak because I was no longer speaking to Vincent. The next time I shop at Home Depot I know which cashier to look out for not only because of his excellence at his job, but more importantly the life changing experience Vincent was able to give me.

Home Depot employees always go out of their way to find answers to my problem. Unlike the other home improvement stores, whose employees have a bad attitude and misdirect me with my projects.

The staff at the Exeter/Birdsboro Home Depot went above and beyond to accommodate a return and repurchase of patio doors. They were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.

The store is neat, clean, well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful, do everything they can so you get what you need for your project.

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. Shopping here is an enjoyable experience

This stores customer service was horrible they I called the store asked him about prices they told me the prices of the product I got to the store the same prices were advertised on the store long and behold they have hidden prices hitting guys they do not honor their specials horrible customer service treated me like I was garbage just got me in the store to open up a credit card and buy the stuff on false advertisements was a horrible experience I never had a horrible experience at home Depot like I did this one. I called 1-800 home Depot supervisor called me back told me she would get back in touch with me it's been 3 days I'm going to go into the store today see what's going on horrible customer service and please will tell you where stuff is but they will not show you very lazy

No one ever has consistently great shopping experiences, but Home Depot is as close as you can get.

This was a good experience . I've planned to do more shopping in the Garden department as well as the hardware store. It's like a big candy store for grown-ups
