Never wrote a bad review before... I do want to say the employees on the floor/cashier were very nice and super helpful. Had to buy a water heater and material for a customer with no hot water. Website says 3 in stock and $809.00. At checkout it came up as $999.00. With sales tax about a $200 difference. Showed the cashier and she agreed and said she would call the manager down. She called the manager said ok and hung up. After a few minutes she again called the manager but this time over the intercom that the whole store hears. He never showed. She again called the manager who told her not to make a scene. Which she definitely wasn't she was actually doing the opposite but 10 minutes went by and he never showed. He then told her "we don't price match". She explained it was on their website. He said "tell them we don't honor our website price" and told her he was sending another employee over. She hung up and did just as he said. The other employee came over and agreed that she didn't understand why they wouldn't honor their website but they're not going to. I'm baffled... worried about my customer not having hot water I bought the water heater and I was asked to leave a review. So here it is.

I love that this store is so convenient to get to and it's small town feel compared to other bigger home improvement stores. The staff seems way more laid back and willing to help and assist. Their lumber is of better quality then some of the other local competitors as well. Definitely my go to for home improvements and appliances.

This store is very well maintained, stocked, and laid out well. All of the staff will greet you and ask if you need any assistance. You always feel welcomed and the customer service is amazing.

Store is great, seems to be well laid out and regular employees are friendly, helpful and polite. Manager (I talked to) seem to be a little stressed out. Maybe she was just having a bad day. All other times I visited this store were fine.
