I usually like this store, but the unprofessional actions of the associate "Thea" made this woman uncomfortable and completely discusted!! She should be removed from her employment! Public customer service is NOT for her!!

Pete in the nursery area was fantastic in helping me prepare the large plastic planters I was buying as a gift. I was travelling from out of town and had no tools to drill holes in the planters. Pete went out of his way to get it done in a speedy manner that was safe and didn't interfere with other employees or projects. He made it possible for me to make a 91 year old great-grandma very happy to have fresh flowers growing on her front porch in time for Easter. Thanks for making a big box store feel like my small hometown hardware store!

This store had the items I was looking for. Assistance from store staff wasn't received to help find the products. While they were helping other customers I find that after seeing me pace the same aisles numerous times I would think at least one of them would have excused themselves quickly and asked if there was something they could direct me towards. Not that case at this store. Maybe under staffed for the time of day or the day of the week I am unsure.

Found the shed I was looking for, the staff was friendly and helpful and made sure I got everything I needed.

As mentioned earlier herein, your man "Mike" in the plumbing department is Outstanding!

I have shopped Home Depot’s in Texas, Colorado, California. The east Sprague Home Depot is just friendlier and seems to have everything I require and has more qualified sales associates. Store is always clean..

They need more check out lanes open. The contractor lane was open but very busy. The only other check-out lanes that were open were self-serve and they were all being used along with a long line to use them. The items I bought needed employee assistance as they could not be scanned.

this store is always clean and the employees are very helpful. I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years and i have problems with the employee 3 times.

Moving my washing machine and had two employees assist with getting parts and fittings and swapping ideas. First trip with Karen was successful and quick, returned later to get more supplies and show pics and measurements for the rest of the project found Summer as Karen was on a work project, Summer went above and beyond helping me with different ways and parts to finish my diy project. About 2 hours worth of a Sunday evening and we succeeded!!! She was great and she said she's only been there just over a month.

When our kids were little they called Home Depot “the boring store” now that they have homes of their own they all shop there happily. Great job and thanks for being part of the community for so long.

We are new to the community and found as we shopped around for our remodel needs that the employees were always friendly and eager to help with any question we had or in locating an item needed. Buying our appliances, remodeling our kitchen and redoing our entry has been a great experience because of the great customer service with the dept. associates professionalism. John in appliances, Mark in cabinets & Heidi in doors/windows. This stores location isn't as convenient, but this is definitely our store of choice!

The products are not always sectioned together. Electrical dept is mixed in with several other sections. Don't go there unless you want to waste a bunch of time hunting around or have a knowledgable empolyee finding the products for you.

On 10/4/2018, I went in HomeDepot looking for new locks to purchased. I was friendly greeted by Brent, whom is working at the 4714 store; he helped me to pick out the door locks that is best suite my need. I also need all the locks to be re-keys. I was impressed by Brent’s professionalism and knowledge. Brent had went “above and beyond” to be helpful to me (the HomeDepot’s customer). I m very please with his customer service; my friends and I are certainly the return customers..thx
