The store manager Robert and Dean, an associate, spiced up my shopping experience . The manager was down to earth in helping to locate the things I needed. He even helped set up the stairs case for my patio. Dean made himself available and helped locate all the products that I needed to build my patio.It was a great experience and I will not hesitate to return to shop there.

Met the best store associate ever. He gave me several ideas for a backyard project and even helped me get all of the items needed. The project results were amazing and I have to say that this was one of my best visits to Home Depot.

Great and Kudos to all the associates that assisted us in getting a refrigerator that night & double kudos to the associates that assisted us in loading our HEAVY refrigerator in the heat! Thank you to gentlemen in appliances, I won't say name but I know for getting us a replacement front grill for our new refrigerator. We purchased a driver a few months ago and our refrigerator. Next, we need an outdoor shed and will purchase it from this Home Depot. Thanks guys and girls for your pleasant, helpfulness! Stay cool and keep smiling.

This store always has what I need, when I need it !! The associates are so nice ! I love coming in and seeing the smiles on the front cashiers; Karen, Kim, and Lisa! It is also a pleasure to see Laura in garden ! They are always so upbeat and nice, never a bad time when I come in this store ! I really appreciate how everyone is always willing to help, no matter how big or small the project I have going on. I believe the employees are the heart of the store, if they are sour, then the experience is sour. But in this store there are many amazing employees !! I am always pleased checking out with Karen, Kim, or Lisa, and when I need help with my garden, Laura is my go to girl !

By far the best home depot I have ever visited. The sales associates were unbelievably helpful, attentive and accomodating. It was a large purchase and they handled everything in short order, from ringing up the sale to ordering accessories online to to filling out credit card app to renting a truck to loading mower. Never experienced anything like it,never.

I needed coaxial cable to replace a defective coaxial cable. I went to home depot not expecting that they would have it. Guess what?? They did. Thank you so much!!

I just went today and bought a new air conditioning unit for my room! The associates were very helpful and got me in and out of the store in a hurry. Homedepot is definitely the place to go for any of your general appliances and or home improvement supplies!

I was very pleased with my visit to the Home Depot store located in Edgewood, Maryland. I have been a customer at this store since I moved to my home in 2004. The store was very clean; shelves were well stocked & the sales associates are always very courteous. I will highly recommend this location to my friends, neighbors, and family members.

I was very impressed the way the lines moved. It was a Saturday afternoon and the lawn/garden section was very busy. The associates out there were very friendly and helpful. Got my stuff quickly and right out the door. The cashier Denise was so friendly and it really made my day.

The Edgewood store is always out of whatever supplies I am there to purchase. I always end up making two trips, first to the Edgewood store then to the bel air store to find what I need. There needs to be better inventory control at the Edgewood Home Depot.

I prefer this store to the BelAir store. Parking is easier. Dee in garden is a very friendly sales person very knowledgeable I received great customer service at your store

During the checkout process Denise, our cashier, asked if we found everything that we needed today and engaged us in conversation regarding two of the flowering plants that we had purchased. Make the visit to your store friendly and welcoming.

I found the exact wood laminate flooring I was looking for at Home Depot and managed to get top-of-the-line Pergo XP for a very good price. I also like the fact that the customer service people were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product and the installation

Whether it's a box of nails or buying a large appliance, I always come to Home Depot. The Edgewood store is only 10 minutes from my home, so it is very convenient. The store is always well stocked and I can find anything I need. The employees are polite and knowledgeable. I can't walk through the store without being greeted by the associates.

Thanks to Store Mang Dennise for her smiling, friendly, helpful attitude. I also want to say that the young lady who I spoke to also impressed me by her up beat attitude. I asked her how she liked her job there and she said she loved it because of the nice people she meets there. She also said she had been working there for about a year. It was really just nice to find people kind enough to help and put on a happy face weather they really felt that way on the inside or not. And not that this matters but we where 2 different races and saw each other as just nice people. Nice to know that there are still just regular hard working people out there like me.

If you are buying a programmable thermostat for heat/cool and an associate tells you none of the ones in the store work with an oil fired furnace, don't listen to him. I purchased one and it works fine and I have OIL.

All is very good at this store as far as finding and being helped, nothing to complain about.

Since this is where I buy my home owner building supplies, I know the store like the back of my hand. Many of the associates know me and we talk about new or improved products. The store seems to always be stock with the product I need to purchase. Great store, great people and great prices. Who could ask for anything more!

I specifically asked for an associate to help me load 20 packages of laminate flooring from the aisle to the trolley AND from the trolley to my vehicle. There were many associates seen about the store in various locations. NO ONE showed up at the aisle to assist me and NO ONE came to assist me load my vehicle after I paid. Why? I asked politely. The Home Depot has certainly gained FREE ADVERTISING from me. I will not shop at this store EVER AGAIN.

Had a lot of projects going on at once. We were all over this store, and in every area an associate was there to help.

I am always pleased with the store staff being friendly and available to assist me when needed.
