almost always clean and well stocked. department clerks are helpful and know all departments and can usually tell you here to find stuff.the ellsworth store is closest to my home and is very convenient for us to use. unlike local hardware stores the agents are not overly business like and are happy to talk over merchandise and give assistance.

Exceptional, exceptional customer service. If you're a DIY home project person, then this is definitely the place to start, especially if your project requires a lot of building materials; insulation, drywall, tools, etc.!

I especially like going to this particular Home Depot. The associates are top notch Meg Mallette and Dan Awalt to name just two people that have helped me. I live in Massachusetts and summer in Maine, but this Ellsworth Home Depot is by far my favorite

weekdays mon to fri the service and people in this store are very helpful and readily available. But I find on weekends things are a lot different as far as assistance and service goes. this is the only store within 75 miles of my home and I frequent it quite often and am generally quite satisfied. There never seems to be enough carts for heavy items in the store and I have learned if I need one bring it in from the parking lot or you'll be out of luck. I have made it a habit to bring my cart back inside by the lumber racks and I wish other customers would be more considerate and do the same

The location of the store is ideal for customers to see the name of the store and then drive to the location.

Ellsworth is a little further to drive for me but I go there because the employees are so helpful and cheerful. The store is always clean with products in correct places.

The employees are always so friendly and I often have questions about products and how to work something. Every time I need assistance, someone is always there or comes quickly when called.

I actually prefer this store over the one back home in Massachusetts. I’m only a summer resident up here now, but for the four years I’ve been summering here, this Ellsworth Home Depot has never failed to treat me wonderfully. I am speech disabled due to throat cancer and EVERY employee here has been patient when I have to quickly scribble out a note when I need help. Love the people here!

A well managed store and friendly people.

The store was very clean, the associate was very helpful in helping with my needs.

The store was clean and items are fairly easy to locate. However it can sometimes seem like a labyrinth with isles closed for stocking and/or displays interfering with the flow of traffic so to say.

Store is always clean and easy to navigate to find what I am looking for. Employees are always available to help me and this is of most importance for me.

If they don't have it they will try and find it online or recommend another local store who may have the product that their store does not carry. I always like it when an associate in a store does this because it means they are truly a part of the community.

The Ellsworth, Maine Home Depot store employees the MOST helpful people. I'm very impressed with the customer service they give. And would call them a great ambassadors for Home Depot. From phone calling and answering questions, ordering supplies for me, helping to find the product(s) I had wanted or information on products. Great service, local personnel.
