Had a very bad experience with home depot today. I complained to store management who didn't satisfactorily resolve the problem. Im waiting for someone to followup regarding my online complaint. My expectations are very low at this point. We'll see.

Friendly people work there. finding what I want is always easy ,someone is always available to help.

The store has want you need but if you can’t find it, make sure the employees know where to send you.

Look for Tessy in appliances and hope you get Ish to check you out! They were AMAZING yesterday and I'd go back to the store just to work with them. Tessy was AWESOME and helped me pick out a LG stove, fridge, dishwasher and exhuast fan. I can't wait to use my new appliances!!! THANK YOU TESSY!!

I would like to say that Ms Tessy made my family feel like we were part of the Home Depot family. I would definitely without a doubt recommend her to ALL my friends and family.

This store was a model in customer's service delivery. Lately, I noticed that the standards seemed to have dropped.

Prices seem to be cheaper than Lowe’s but….it’s hard to get help!

Thank you for keeping our community strong and continue helping us to build affordably. I was able to find the products I needed. The store was clean. The isles with cleaning supplies are a little too small/close but everything was neat. I needed some help in the garbage can tops, but since everything was so organized I found what I needed.

0/10 for help looking with products . The boy who was suppose to help me literally looked at me and was walking away fast when I was approaching him . This home depot need more people like Tiffany I didn't get no help until I got to the registers. If the employees get to read this Shout out to you Tiffany Keep doing what you doing . If it wasn’t for that positive interactions I would give my visit 1 star . Why take the job if you are going to be miserable at the job ? This Home Depot need more genuine workers that care I did not get that vibe only until I had a positive interaction with Tiffany that was in Self Check Out

Store employees could be friendlier. Do not use self check out, I needed some help and it seemed like I was bugging the HD employee when I needed some assistance. The inventory levels are low in the store and I found better pricing at their competitors.

Convinient store is very close from home

Store was clean and organized. Shelves were adequately stocked and employees were helpful. I was also very pleased to see the precautions being taken to ensure everyones safety during this pandemic .

I would recommend this store hands down! Way better than the Home Depot on Hempstead. I did not know where things was they gave me assistance. Normally, In other Home Depot’s There Would Be Nobody in the Ailes, but Here there was. Then when I reached to checkout ? Cashier Tiffany Made my experience their the best. She has a way with really making sure customers have a good time when checking out. It’s like her energy is one of a kind. I can go in there when the lines is so long , and I know once I see Cashier Tiffany the lines is going down so quick. In all my years of shopping at Home Depot I never been checked out so quick before. While holding a great conversation with this cashier. Customer Checkout was a 10/10 Thanks to Cashier Tiffany, and A 10/10 when I was being helped on the floor. Best Home Depot Hands down after this experience I had.

The cashier who helped me named Pately, was extremely polite and professional. She was knowledgeable about the Home Depot products and how to use it. I would definitely return to this store because of the excellent customer service received by Pately. I hope she gets recognized for her superb service given to the customers.

This is a very busy store in terms of number of shoppers but definitely well worth the visit if you need that item that you are looking for.

From start to finish, this shopping experience was a pleasure. Each of the items I was shopping for was in-stock. Each and every employee we encountered was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The long check-out line seemed like a mirage, as the cashiers worked quickly to ease our wait time to ~3 minutes. We are so impressed!!!

I was given the best customer service today At 600 Hempstead Tpke By Cashier Tiffany . This is my second time coming encounter with her, and the energy she gave to me both times was one of the best. I walked in there having an attitude about something that was going on prior , and when Tiffany came and helped me in Self Checkout, it is like she seen me not having a good day, and encouraged me not to let one bad thing affect the rest of my day, that i’m going to be good and to enjoy the rest the day. That comment not only made me smile , but it make me indeed think about the positive things that can change the negative , and I finished my day strong. I would not stop going to this Home Depot for that kind of great customer service.

The employees hang up on you when you call into the store. They don’t refund you fully when your return things with the thd credit card.
