When I went to the store, I was looking for a rather niche item: a door lock that would lock mechanically when you close it but not an electronic lock. Debbie took initiative with my question and when we found out the correct terminology was a storeroom lock, she made sure we knew we were buying the correct item. She lead me right to it and the checkout process was quick and easy. Thank you Debbie!

We have noticed a change for the better with the overall customer service. Very nice to be able to find someone to help as well as feel that they have educated and experience in the area.

I just stopped in for a couple basics. But on my way around the store multiple employees checked in with me to see if I could use any help. When I did ask one for location of an item, they were quick to point me in the right direction with clear instructions.

Have counted on this store for home improvement needs for many years. They always have a nice selection of fresh-cut Christmas trees. The help I received in purchasing a tree this year was exceptional, exemplary of this store, and deserves to be recognized. Thanks as always Everett Home Depot!

I was looking for blinds for my apartment and the staff went above and beyond searching for the blinds for me, even getting a ladder to check shelves and then Gordon cut the blinds to fit when we couldn’t find the ready cut blinds.

I go to the store at least twice a week and always buy something even if just a new garden plant.

Overall good experience. Personnel were helpful and nice people.

I needed new jigsaw blades and Home Depot had the best selection and everything that I could choose from was well in stock. Now I can continue with my work without hindrances.

The manager Jes is the absolute best. We spent 30 mins on the phone with the credit card customer service who ended up telling us to go to the store. Jes was able to fix our issue with them in under 2 mins. I bought a soda just so I could fill out a survey about how awesome she is.

I felt that your employee Helix is an excellent asset to that department. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and super competent with helping me locate and order the right stuff for my build. You need more like him.

Recently, I ordered a few items and picked them up at the store; I also needed to find some mulch in the garden area and was was able to find a store worker who directed me to the area. When I checked out, cashier Marion was very friendly, efficient, and helpful.

I have bought electric water heater. The old man in the water heater area helped me a lot, he gave me very good informational about heaters. And also cashier Marion helped me about payment types. Thanks to all.

Sales associates are not knowledgeable about the product being sold. They are only helpful in getting product off shelves. If you are not a professional who knows exactly what you need, I'm sure it's a decent experience. As a homeowner, it's a lesson in frustration trying to find answers to technical questions.

I rented a jackhammer and was told wiping it with a towel wasn't good enough. And as a general contractor I should have had moist towelettes with me to clean the machine. What grown man keeps those with him on a job site to clean a jackhammer? Garbage service
