David and Debbie helped throughout the store and the Garden department to find my needs. David and Debbie helped me find plants, pots and soil which was just wondering. The whole experience was awesome. And Bryan was super funny and a great person to talk to, he did a great job!

Great professional customer service

Staff are more like actually humans versus robots. They were more friendly and had better personalities.

I have lived in Evergreen, CO for about 10 years and dread going into this store, the management is incompetent and it shows based on the quality of employee that works here. The ONLY time they offer to help you is when a manager is in the store. I have verified this when on the rare occasion an employee approaches me to provide assistance. I ask them if the manager is in and they say yes, why do you ask?. LOL I can assume there is no manager when they blatantly ignore me and walk past. My family and I have been inconvenienced by the incompetence of the employee and their lack of knowledge more than once at this store. Ask an employee from another Home Depot store about the Evergreen location and they smirk or outright tell you how bad the Evergreen store is.

Don't expect to get any help from employees at that store. They rather talk to each other than helping a customer. This is an on going issue. I go to this store for awhile now and every time I need any form of help, no one helps. Must be nice to get paid for not doing your job. To answer your question in your review guideline: Were our associates friendly and helpful?? NO.

I shop here often and can usually find everything I need except in the garden department every spring. I am always disappointed that this store does not offer a bigger variety of plants that are suitable for our mountain environment, ie: high altitude, deer resistant, etc. Otherwise, great store!
