Appreciate the help from associates when needed. I can usually find the items I'm looking for without needing assistance. Items are reasonably priced. Will recommend this store to my family and friends. Store is always clean. Two thumbs up Fairbanks Home Depot crew!!

The store was not as clean as normal and the lighting over the shelves with the screws, bolts and nuts were not turned on making it hard to see the products.

The sale associates were readily available and very helpful. they volunteered to help and were wonderful

I waited in line for quite a while last Saturday morning to rent a brush cutter and was not even acknowledge by the harried associate who was working. About 15 minutes later an older gentleman came in with gas cans and immediately began to help customers in the line. He was very personable and friendly! He was also there when I came back to return the tool and was just ast friendly and helpful then too. Thank you!

If you live in Fairbanks AK, and need help in kitchen and bath, go see Heather Rose, she is awesome!

A lot of the employees at this store are unhelpful. If you look like you already don't need help, sure they'll stop you and ask if you need help, because they already know you don't. However, if you DO actually need help, it's like you're invisible. Trying to wrangel a person up to get me a paint swatch, a $300 storm door, a a question of if a $2500 fridge is in stock answered with "Probably" and that was it, no follow up, a cabinet from a top shelf. Lumber, paint, door products not well stocked. Getting anyone to help you get anything off a top shelf is at least 30 minutes of your life you'll never get back. Nobody has any sense of urgency. Poor customer service has equated in just me personally spending around $5000 in the last six months at Lowes. And I'm just one person. I can't be the only one in this town. I hate coming to this store now.

The associate that helped us her name is Tee was extremely helpful and expedited the purchase of a new samsung fridge. Next time in the fairbanks store I will look for Tee to help me: )

Associate very knowledgeable and helpful, No Cashier Associate available at register but it was 0630 hrs. in the morning. Had only a single item so used self checkout (this was not an inconvenience as only had a single item). Recommend that you update instruction sign / graphics at the self checkout register to match with current machine. Stocks of work gloves on display was pretty depleted but so were stocks at other stores.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help received from all staff (service desk, cashier, sales associates).

Prices are good- cheaper than most everywhere else in this town. Customer service needs improving on respectfully helping those whom are hearing impaired.

Employees were very helpful.As well as informative.If they didn't know the answer to question they were sure to find it for me.I like shopping there for that reason.Very welcoming.Anytime I have had to return an item I have never encountered a problem.

The help I received was outstanding. Bailey walked me from one end of the store to the other to show me where the products were that I was looking for. He was very helpful.

Associates are always kind and out-of-this-world fun, especially Lyle! Helped me find my products, offered me coffee and told a personable story while I checked out. This is a great go -to store and I always find everything and more when I visit!

Shopping for items to adapt a new home to make things more accessable for a newly disabled husband is hard. It costs alot and just the situation surrounding your trip doesn't make it any easier. The associates at store 1303 - Fairbanks Alaska have made this journey easier to do and easier to handle. I receive great customer service to include staying with me all throughout the store to find what I need and offer suggestions. Makes me feel like I'm their #1 person. They seem happy to do so. Check out is smooth and quick! Overall, they make my situation seem less stressful and in that moment seem not as bad. They are the reason I stay away from Lowes. 1303 rocks!!!

Found most of what we wanted...Would really like them to turn the music down, makes it hard to concentrate. Checker was very pleasent

We shop often at Home Depot in Fairbanks Alaska. We bought a major fixer upper that we live in. We like shopping at Home Depot because of the service and the products available. Our first winter in our major fixer upper home-we could see daylight between the logs-we would go to Home Depot to buy more insulation, building supplies and warm up. Warming up was an added bonus lol.

I had the opportunity to go into Home Depot looking for parts for my garage door opener. I got most of the parts I needed however had to order the last from the manufacturer. The sales associate took the time to talk to me about different products and the warranties on items and how to go about getting the part I needed through the manufacturer. He was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and very helpful! Regretfully I didn't get his name. I would totally recommend this Home Depot to my friends! Thank you Mr. Sales Associate!

Home Depot is the greatest thing to hit Fairbanks since snow. The community is so grateful to have a Home Depot... don't know what we did without you.
