Needed help and received EXCEPTIONAL help! Associate went over above and beyond what could or should be expected! Unable to locate in store what I was looking for and associate actually transferred item to the store from another HD for purchase! Could not be more pleased and grateful for the help!

I often ensure that I walk through the outdoors section of the store so that if I have Any question from other areas (where do I find ____), Michelle, the mgr of the Outdoors section, will answer them. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The cashiers are friendly and the rental dept, especially the two women in it, are very helpful and strong. One helped me lift the very heavy aerator into the back of my truck! Thanks!

Great customer service assistance. Needed a screw to go through metal and the gentleman who assisted me was great. Knew exactly what I needed!

If customer service is important to you then go to the Fairfield Home Depot!!! I will he doing all of my shopping there.

I was so shocked by how friendly everyone was, it felt like i was shipping with friends!!!

The H-D should install remote call stations so a customer can call for help without having to roam the aisles to find an associate or to have to walk to the customer service desk. Also if they had terminals strategically deployed a customer could input a description of what they were looking for and get a printed map showing where they could find what they were seeking.

The store was clean and bright. Associate access was far beyond what I have experienced in "big box" hardware stores. The staff was eager and willing to help. This was a great improvement over my experiences in other stores. I commend your staff highly!

This store has a terrific indoor houseplant selection!

Neighborhood store that bends over backwards to help you for good and services needed in your home. Employees are knowledgable in their respective fields. However, there are times when employees in specific departments need to be paged to be available. Other times there is a wait period because of many people needing help and only one employee in that department is available. But this Home Depot is a good and caring store for all your home needs. I shop there often.

From the start: the parking area is clean and orderly, so is the store, and the employees are attentive and helpful. The prices of all the stock are not too bad either.

Employees knew the stock extremely well and were able to locate a particular item we saw on the internet that is not sold in the Home Depot stores near where we live. They searched for more than 20 minutes until we found the item, and since it was in a storage area and had not been unpackaged to stock on the shelves, they brought down the entire pallet, just to obtain the item for us. Excellent customer service!

love the garden selection and its prices. When asked about a plant I was given options and felt that staff was totally knowledgable .

rent place .computer always haven problem ,employees take more de 1/2 hour per costumer not enough help.
