This store is on the main beat and path of where I commonly travel between my daily work route and stops. It is very conveniently located and contractors that I use to pick up supplies, it is right off of a major interstate I-64 easy to access for people not familiar with the area. When ever I go in the Home Depot team, Store Associates and Management team is always very helpful and courteous. I have been in several departments researching products and requesting information and each team member from the store manager to just a regular associate has been knowledgeable to not only point me in the right direction of where the items I needed were located, but had so insight and experience on the products, which I felt more comfortable about my home repair purchase decisions as a result. I'm glad this O'Fallon store is right in my backyard.

The staff at the Fairview Heights Illinois store are friendly and eager to help. The service and product knowledge is excellent. Just ask for personnel in the area you need help.

In flooring dept by ceramic tile the employee there was helpful but they did not have the decorative tile there that we wanted to match up and online said Home Depot would have it there. We will check the Home Depot in Edwardsville before we go there to see if they carry it.

Carole, cashier, was all of the above & more. She helped me through the self-service checkout, provided my Military discount, & informed me of the Home Depot Card benefits & special offer, & then processed my credit card application & approval. Carole is, as is Roselyn, priceless to me & Home Depot. Recognize ladies & store!
