Disregarded Customer Service
Keith and Julie were extremely rude, terrible service and disregarded customer concern missed price. Keith argued 114 door which in fact it was a 99.98 and instead of apologizing they stated a one time exception and stormed away.
One time exception for their mess up ? Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience to my pregnant wife or I.
Team definitely needs better awareness and training for their customers.

Nice place to shop!
I drive a few extra miles to visit this store instead of 2 closer Home Depots. It's well organized, staff is very helpful, has several specialists within the departments

Excellent store; helpful employees
The young man in car maintenance helped me find the appropriate products for my car-washing needs. I want to make my car look better, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up with wash, polish, and mitt and learned that I can't use detergent and my Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I applaud this young man on his patience with my ignorance; who knew there were so many products? I'm old, and always used Turtle Wax in the sun, which likely explains why my car looks so bad!

Above and beyond
We made a late evening purchase ,looking for a unique Holly .Unable to find one we reached out to an employee who went above and beyond and was so diligent, patient ,courteous and very professional .We made a purchase and several more based on this one sales individuals conduct. The HD employee " Connie " is the reason we will make this store our home store

A store that avoids cleaning up shrinkage
It's quite clear in this store that people steal odds and ends from products on the shelf. The problem is this Home Depot does nothing to remove said now bad stock from the shelves.
That and generally there are sections that are disorganized chaos because nobody seems to go through and reorganize things. Plumbing kits (ptraps, extensions)? Yea you might find what you want in a random bin. Speciality screws? Don't waste your time, there's just empty baggies in the drawers. Just order from a screw seller online.
There's other Home Depot's I've visited that are far better on keeping things organized and sellable.

Shopping experience
Overall just had a good experience shopping for lawn products that I needed, it was a gentleman by the name of a Charlie who is very helpful. And should be commended.

Exceptional Service!
I was approached by a store associate, who went out of his way to help me. He really went above and beyond. He could've just passed me by & gone on with his work, but he stopped and asked if I needed help. He stopped what he was doing, and loaded my cart with 24 heavy 16x16 pavers. & made sure none of them were damaged. & asked if I needed anything else! I was so impressed and happy. Not many people have a work ethic like that anymore. Not afraid of work or to make a customer happy.

Horrible front end cashier
I had gone in for a thermostat that is locked up in the cabinet. Item said there were 16 available. The associate that was on staff hardly look at the sheet of paper that I presented from ripping it off and where the item is displayed. She walked over to the cabinet opened it for two seconds and then decided there was nothing there I had to go all the way to customer service have them walk me over and how miraculous that they found it. Home Depot really needs to do better hiring people who just want to stand somewhere for a paycheck and not do any work.
